And the smiley grille is OK on these..
The initial Aussie buyers here complained to Hyundai about it's crap, soft cushy, sloppy ride and steering....I guess you got the update.
Look........ the Door Handles are not level!!
Still not in the same league as the non US Mazda 6 (Japan) in driving dynamics...
Happy Motoring...sorry, but I cant get excited...to me it is a Camry.

I hope it's better than the Elantra. I'm driving a 2010 Elantra rental right now and boy is it lame. It is better than the Focus I was renting though. But, it is a good daily and I am sure the wife is happy.
Edit:
I jinxed my rental Elantra , I went to run to autozone and now the EPS light is flashing, the tach isn't working, it won't shift out of first, and the CEL is on. Time to call Enterprise in the AM.

Looks good Roidz! Like what mariesrx8 said, Hyundai has definitely pulled their line up together. I wouldn't mind test driving a Genesis.
Did you get the Sonata with turbo?

I test drove the turbo and it was SWEET, but I didn't like the interior as much as mine. I got the limited. It has just about everything I could want. It's got a panoramic sunroof/moonroof, bluetooth, usb iPod hookup, etc. The turbo was about $4k more and I just built a house and moved in 2 weeks ago, so I figured I would save a few bucks and skip the turbo. If I want to drive my fun car, that's what the 8 is for, or my motorcycle. It should be great for driving to work everyday and keeping the 8 in better shape.

One other thing: I'm not gonna complain about getting 40 mpg.

Well said man. I know it's not the greatest car ever, but it's much better than a Toyota Camry imo.

Congrats. Great car.
Apart from the new Optima, I think it is the midsize sedan to have in the US apart from the luxury marques.
Too bad we don't get the non-North American Mazda6.

Next Gen Mazda 6 for North America (world) is coming out of Japan...so apart for some specs, they cant adulterate it.

I love the new Hyundai interiors. Even the Accent is really nice inside.
Do you still like the tan(?) interior, now that you've lived with it for awhile? I keep eyeing a red/tan Elantra, as I like the bright cheerfulness of the lighter interior... but I'm so used to black or gray, it's hard to get used to the idea of contrasting colors.
