worst part of this Kev is that Washington and Oregon have both adopted California's rules for Air Quality and we have no say. The start was for the 2009 MY actually and come into full effect by 2016. Oregon basically said to Washington " well if you do it we will to" .

We're basically at the whim of California politicians and beauracrats to determine what our rules are through 2016. They make our rules even though we dont hire or fire them.

 

Also, Washington has approved the sale of 15% ethanol for cars 2007 and newer. I don't think there is any difference between a 2006 and 2008. I also don't know how they can identify one year over another.

 

I might have to buy an ehtanol removal kit, and just have my own barrel of fuel.
