Looks like a sleeker BMW M6, don't like it.....

For there flagship, its very boring and non -exotic, the old NSX still looks better for a 15 year old design. Thats what happnes when you design a timeless car instead of a timely one....I know its only concept but for there first attempt, its rather poor.

I don't like the look of it either, and it does not look like a mid-engine car.

Sounds like they have 2 prototypes already ...

I see strong Mercedes-Benz influences on first look...

Could easily be an SL coupe/roadster.

Yeah, that is definitely a front engine car. Lame. I thought that concept from a few years ago, HSV or something, with some massaging could have been great.

That design has some cool elements, but that is no NSX! It might work as a new offering, but i hope honda doesn't tarnish the NSX's heritage with that thing. Front engine? 4 Seats? Gross!

I agree. Redesign the back window area a little bit and you have your next NSX.

I kinda like it. Reminds me of a cross between a M6 and SL500.

not sure why they want a V10. A V8 they could use in other vehicles, and its not like V8's don't get love. Ask Ferrari.

I know the NSX, and that sir is no NSX.

I do not like it at all. I am in agreement with the others. It looks like they bred a BMW and Mercedes together. I hate the idea that they are going to make it frount enjine. I have lusted over the NSX for years and drove one for a couple of weeks. I ended up not buying it, but I can't see the prototype being as sexy as the old NSX.

I think the car looks hot.....but it isn't an NSX. I like the other concept much better.

Screw that, that can't be the NSX. It's just a artists rendering of what it could look like. And it looks like a uglified SLR Mclaren.

From what i understand, the Japanese automotive media are notorious for making their own artist concepts and photoshops of upcoming cars. I think that's more what this is, and I pretty much guarentee it didn't come from Honda.

And yes, the HSC is an infinitely more beautiful concept. That's not to say I don't like this one. But it doesn't even look real, it looks like a chopped M6 or SLK. And it doesn't really fit in with Honda's design direction (remember the NSX is first a Honda, not an Acura).

While there was some word that they might make the new NSX an Aston Martin competitor, more recent rumors have again suggested it would be more of an exotic supercar.

Exactly, its just s concept from a 3rd party, nothing from honda. The reason for the v10? The LF-A (which will be coming around the same time) and all the euro competition.

Another copy the Europeans derivative design. Not ugly, just generic. Be original!

I like the back, reminds me of an aston martin.
But the front is about as bland as you can get.

The silver concept is FAR SUPERIOR to that P.O.S. red one... The red one doesn't look anything like an NSX.
