hyundai makes the biggest pieces of crap and that just adds to the line i hate the tibs they are so ugly and this 1 is the ugliest and most of their designs are stolen from somewhere else thats they try to pass off as luxury cars

those "biggest pieces of crap" are more reliable than your 8. plus they have a warranty that's twice as long. say what you want about the design, as that is of personal preference, but making such a blatant statement like they are crap makes you look like a complete moron.

Try to get them to back that 10 year warranty and see how that goes. I've have two friends that own/owned Tiburons, both of them had their warranties voided and neither were modified.
I'm not saying Hyundai is any worse than any other manufacturer, but I have more faith in Mazda to honor a warranty then them.

well, i think the overall design is promising, and looks better than the 2nd gen Tib, which was better looking than the 1st. The big problem I see is that it's front wheel drive! I think it says something about a company if their halo sports car is FWD. That's just not right.

this concept is ugly, but then again i did find the 8 evolve to be ugly till they got the final 8 done. So maybe the tib will turn out to be a better looking car then this concept. and as for drive type, i hope it is rwd.

im a hyundai mechanic, thats why i brought this thread up i wanted to see what you guys thing of the new tib, and i must say that these vehicles are the biggest problem cars ive worked on, i mean i seen rear ends lock up on a awd system on a santa fe at about 600 miles and i replaced motors at 2k miles, ive seen alot of weird stuff with these hyundais, things that you wouldnt expect from a new car.and our recalls man there are so many i have a full 2 1/2 inch binder full of tsb's,most hyundai motors are made by mitsubishi, we are probably the most busy dealer in las vegas we are the only dealership that service dept is open till 12 midnight, cause we have so many hyundais to work on.On the other hand fyi the fastest korean car ever made is the new Azera runs a 14.8 1/4 first time a korean car broke into the 14s stock...faster than a 6sp tib. so i wouldnt say that a hyundai is more reliable than our 8's cause with out that 100k warranty a hyundai would bearly even last 30k.

Damn termites will eat a hole in my floor!
They said maybe they ust the engine.
Don't like the head lights, looks too squinty.
Ahh.... stealing the JAG design. They seem to like copying Ford, just like the strakes.

Also, are you having problems with the newer models? (Azera, Tucson, etc?) or are you just talking about the older models having problems?

Well i have a couple comments. As has been noted the link in the original post is to a concept that may or may not have anything to do with the 3rd Gen Tiburon. And the car may or may not even still be called the tiburon. Hyundai hasn't officially released any details about the car yet from what I have heard.
Secondly i was wondering if your dealership was like many of the other hyundai/kia dealerships that have realized what a liability the 100k mile warrenty is and refused to do warrenty work by whatever means necessary once they found out how much money they stood to lose?

Please use some form of punctuation please. Not bashing, but it's pretty hard to read run on sentences
