hmmmm....my cable says its at 9. It also says the "NEW" show on now is so new they won't give me info on what is actually being discussed.
This is what mine says:
7pm CST Repeat (2005) Ford GT and Land Rover Discovery
8pm CST New (2006) Listing only says "Cars are reviewed and road tested."
9pm CST Repeat (2005) Lambo Miura, Countach, Gallardo, MAZDA RX-8, Smart Roadster

The rerun about the RX-8 is on right now. What was on the new episode?

I've been watching and recording all of them. Great stuff. The grannies doing donuts in an S2K was hillarious! Even funnier were the people mover racers.
FYI...the Brits got their Toyota Previas with a mid engine design.

Sorry about that, it looks like most of the shows were repeats. My tv report said they were new episodes. It is hard at times for me to tell. I download the British episodes and most of the stuff they were showing last nite was about 2/3 years old. The Discovery Channel episodes are also a kind of mix and match of the British version. Example: the RX8 segment was first on the British version and cut to hell. Also the British version spend about 15 minutes on having British celebrities, most of whom I never hear of, on the track with a "Reasonably Priced Car" and posting their times.

I am just hoping that they are going to be showing them every Thrusday night again. They have some new Thursday night lineup, I forget what they called it. But I was surfing the TV last night while eating dinner, and saw it was on, the one with the Carrera GT and the F-40, so immeditaly set the DVR up for it. Love that show, and don't mind watching reruns either.

Saw a few shows last night. All of them we reshot with a live audience for America, but the clips were from different British episodes. So they weren't entirely new for ppl who watch the British series regularly.
Here's a bit of scoop for y'all. Top Gear is soon gonna have an American version with American hosts and its gonna be shot on the west coast and they are gonna review cars sold in America. This is going to be for the Discovery channel part of which is owned by the BBC.
Can't wait to see it though I personally don't think it'll even be half as good as the British version.

But, even so, I'd watch it. The alternative, Car & Driver TV sucks so much. They do such waterdown impersonal superficial reviews.
