Wow, this thread didn't get off topic or anything....

I just wanted to share with you guys that I got a new car. Its not like if some people on an internet forum don't like my car I'm going to sell it. Btw, it handles very well and last time I checked, the majority of streets that I drive on are pretty straight.

Even if I did go to a racetrack, the GTO is faster than a RX-8.

My insurance only raised 250 bucks for every six months.

And its the Camaro that gets the Mullet not the Goat.

They are in NASCAR now...

And as the baron said... some people live in horribly flat places (Texas... Florida...). You aren't taking anyone in the twisties there... seeing as there aren't any.

Alright, what the hell is with everyone. It's not like if you try and turn the steering wheel on the GTO it will flip into a ditch and explode. It can handle a lot better than people give it credit for.

The GTO-R is winning all kinds of race events along with the CTS-V. These cars are power oriented, but not as much as in years past.

That's what most of us have been trying to say. DD obviously doesn't get it.

Yes, it's not as nimble as the 8 but that's understandable given that the 8 is one of the best in class. The GTO is no slouch though and more than makes up for it in raw power.

and you dont have to worry about rain or snow... on the off chance it does rain here just becareful thats when all the bad stuff happens they do lose their rear very easily even experienced drivers have had some problems with it but if you take it easy when it gets slippery you shouldnt have a problem.
