That tag can be moved from car to car, how do you not know it’s some 18 year old taking grandma (who’s has the tag) out to dust some cars at stop lights? In New Jersey all it takes is a Doctors note to get one of those http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/cit_plate...d.htm#placards

very good point expo, i know a guy who broke his wrist and the doctor actually offered to get him a handicapped sign.
It really is sad that when a system set up to help people is still abused. But i'm not saying that this srt-4 is abusing the system, just hinting at it.

You can use the handicap sign legally as long as you have someone handicap in your car. My mother has one, and when I take her somewhere, we use her sign. Perhaps this is the same situation.
