It was released months ago...
Also, I don't find them particularly ugly, just really bland.

i thot the evo X looked real good. Much improved over it's tacky predecessor.
The issue with the wrx is that it was once known to be a giant slayer with aggresive/oddball looks. Now it's nothing but a Kia/Corolla wannabe. Having said that, my mom just told me how much she likes the new design.

Same here, Mags aren't giving the Subbie REX ANY styling Kudos.
IMO the New Nissan GTR is very plain and ugly...it looks still experimental or in concept, it is almost like they took come of the Z parts and used them in a new sculpture.,interior is awesome though.
The new Evo is also Ugly from the front, weird from the back and from the side looks good.
What is up with designers, have they run out of ideas?

They've gone from the 2nd Generation "Boy Racer" Style of Design for a more European Ford looking hatch-back. What have you done Subaru? It looks Fugly as, the only car I'm looking forward to buying now is the R35 GT-R, **** Subaru!

The beauty of both of these cars cannot merely be judged from pictures. Once seen in real life, they are spectacularly beautiful.

I agree they are ugly but the fact that the sti has 300 hp, awd, and 4 full doors is dead sexy to me. plus they're motors sound like satan is inside of em. 04-05 STI is still my dream car.

yes the sti does look ridiculous, I hate the 12 foot tall spoiler on the back, but you have to look at the facts. and the fact is that the sti has some pretty good numbers, looks aside it's a fast car and don't pull any of that "evos are faster" bullshit. They have virtually the exact same numbers on everything.

+1.^^
it does seem to be more ugly. only looks better if u like car's that looks "civilized". one way to put it... it would sit well next to like, a C230 benz....
which is what i assumed what happened to the RSX.
but then again... its not like the RX-8 is as fast as it looks. i got it for... well, every reason one would want a rotary, sheesh.

Where is your limb? I want it. Because I have not only seen them in the flash but also sat in the Enzo. They are hideously ugly. The Miura is beautiful, the E-Type us gorgeous, the Aston Martin Vantage is stunning.

I've been thinking about this for some time.
We've been a Subaru family since '86, currently on our third Subaru in the last 21+ years. Love the sure-footedness in winter, unflagging dependability, low maintenance costs. We keep 'em until they either die from extreme old-age, or get taken from us prematurely from an unfortunate accident. 2 were purchased brand-new including our current '04. I make this preamble to demonstrate that I love the Subaru brand and will in all likelihood continue to be a customer.
The WRX is just another pod, from a visual standpoint.
This isn't anything recent so no need to hang your heads and wonder what happened. Subaru has NEVER been a leader in the style department.
