email editor@speedtv.com and ask for more GT coverage during Rolex Races!!

...And please don't forget to appeal again this season to the Grand American Road Racing Association to drop the silly rev limit rule.
Remind them that an "off-the-showroom-floor", Base Model RX-8 redlines at 9k RPM!

This rule is tearing our cars up!
Would you ask TRG to stop using front induction?
Would you ask Team Sahlen to run on 6 cylinders?
Okay, I'm done (for now)
I am awaiting a 1-2 Speedsource win this season... I can smell it!
ATB!

Any Speedsource built car! (as you say)
If they stay away from those Farnbacher Loles bumper cars, they have a great chance. Ever noticed those guys taking out both #30 and #40?
I've got the video to back it up.
Don't get me stoked now...

Im really gettin fed the f$#@k up with how little GT coverage Speed gives in the Grand Am races. I watched the entire race and there MIGHT have been 10-15 minutes of GT coverage total, out of over 2 hrs of footage. BS. Speedsource #70 ran a conservative race with good finish of 3rd, the 8's were runnin strong at first but trailed off as the race went on, temps were pretty high (90's).

^^More like the Porsche took HIM out, LOL. All happened so fast and the Porsche had a car right next to it so it couldnt swerve left, so it smashed right into him. That really took the wind out of my sails, so early in the race and already one the of the Speedsource guys were knocked out. That has to be a MAJOR letdown for them, all the anticipation and 3 month layover and bam, out of the race within minutes.
The Dempsey RX-8 and Racers Edge RX-8 took 7th and 8th respectively. Expected more out of the Racers Edge car by how well they did in qualifying and practice but hey, at least they finished and in descent position.

Now that Pontiac is going bye-bye, do you think the rules makers are going to favor Mazda & Porsche more in the mid season?

Anyway, glad everybody made it through okay and congrats to Speedsource for their podium finish, Racers Edge, Dempsey for finishing so well, and all of the crews!
