WHAT?? WTF?? You DID NOT just say this, did you? I hope I am reading this wrong... THEY WERE PLAYING FAVORITES WITH HAMILTON!!! Common... Ron Dennis NEVER got along with latin drivers... that is just the way it is... call him racist pig or whatever but he could not stand for people speaking out and telling him in the face the way it is... unlike Hamilton that "follows" his orders and says nothing...
Maybe the "get me out of the car... please get me out of the car... buahhh buahhh I am losing...let's save the engine for next race...buah buah..." attitude of Hamilton in the last race is better suited for McLaren anyways... What LOSER!!! Fight like a MAN... til the end.... like all the other drivers do.
On the other hand, I am happy for Webber and I am ecstatic to see Massa ( A FERRARI!!) in the podium!!
Barrichello will always be jinxed regardless what he does....and I feel bad for him but I think it's time to inject new blood to the sport...

now lets start off witht eh comment with ron dennis never gettign along with latin drivers. well him and montoyoa got along really well, and he is a latin driver. I find it funny that you think dennis is racist, when Hamilton is not white him self.
but you seem to forget that your precious little goldenboy alonso, came to mclaren with the biggest ego. mr. i won like thousands of world championships, was acting very arrogant with his time with mcarlen. instead of crying the whole time about hamilton out racing him, he should of drove alot harder.
But what I funny is, that he spent his time blocking a fellow driver in the pits.
Also I find it mighty strange that you would down Hamilton for following orders. Now I don’t know how you treat your boss, or what your work ethic is like . But when you work for a company that somebody else owns, the employee follow orders. But that is just IMO , your work ethic might be the opposite from mine. You may see it as the employer follows the order of the employee. I don’t know, But all I know is, being arrogant and acting like your **** doesn’t stink is not going to get you anywhere. But like I said, your work ethic might differ from mine.
Now on to your comment about last week’s race. You make fun of Hamilton not wanting to finish the race. But you forget that, from the first turn in the race, he had to drive a whole lap with a flat tire. With every one lapping him because of that, h e was a lap down. Now unless this was a endurance race, how and hell do you expect him to gain a lap? I feel that Hamilton should of just used the time testing the car. But I can also see where he is going about saving the engine. Since they are on the 5th engine out of 8. You don’t want to be in kubica shoes where he is on his 7th engine out of 8.
but this is the difference between ferrari fans vs non ferrari fans. ferrari fans don't have common sense, where non ferrari fans do. LOGIC FTW my friend, LOGIC FTW.
all jokes aside, wb polo, i needed a hardcore ferrari fan, and queer guy (alonso) for the straight guy (ferrari) fan to post.

http://www.worldcarfans.com/10907142...llying--report
Kimi Raikkonen looks likely to quit formula one to launch a full time rallying foray in 2010, the Finnish sports magazine Veikkaaja claims.
The 2007 world champion has recently contested three minor events in Finland and Italy, and will make his world rally debut in Finland at the end of this month.
It is suggested that while top teams can contractually forbid their drivers from participating in dangerous pursuits, Ferrari is keen to let the 29-year-old develop his rallying hobby in order to make room for Fernando Alonso at the team next year.
A friend of Raikkonen is quoted by Veikkaaja as saying: "Kimi doesn't talk about formula one anymore. He just talks about rally."

1) Montoya never got along with Dennis. Heck not even Senna did!!
2) Ferrari fans are unique and classy. We even invite non-Ferrari fans to watch the races with us. No hard and sour feelings unlike other fans
![Smilie](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
3) I think Mr Hamilton's fame went to his head... I am so glad when the McLaren Race manager replied back to Hamilton "You worry about racing and we worry about strategy"... A race driver IS a race driver!! Even if your first lap goes to hell you give it all you've got... so I guess Mr H. has no guts...
4) My work ethic is "Say it the way it is... whether it's your boss or not... Don't be afraid of speaking up...Do what you say and say what you do... and all this do it respectfully" so yeah I guess we have different work ethics.
and lastly,
5) all jokes aside... as I have said in the past... F1 is the best ever form of motorsports and I think the season is just getting better... much better...anc can't wait to see the Alonso-Massa partnership at Ferrari... bye bye Kimi... you are DONE!

You all forget (and Hamilton too), it isn't just the teams, the cars and the drivers. You have sponsors that pay big to put their names/products on the cars to be seen by spectators and the television audience. That is a good reason to continue circulating around the course and not look like an *** while doing that. Even Ferrari, who didn't for the longest time, has sponsors to satisfy. If you don't fall out for mechanical reasons, you need to continue.

Hamilton head got big,and alonso didnt? i respect alonso now, because he is with renault, he had to learn that being a ego maniac isnt getting him any where. i dont know what hamilton did that shows he has a big head. only thing i have seen from his class. unless being nice = a big ego.
One thing hamilton does and alonso doesnt is, he doesnt down his own team. he lets every one know that its him and the team that needs to work on the car. instead we see alonso saying, its all renaults fault that my car sucks and that i need to be with ferrari in order to win. that to me shows he only thinks for him self, and doesnt feel this team is part of him. where hamilton thinks of his team as a whole with him, he doesnt blame mclaren team for the car havign no grip. he says, Me and the Team will be working on improving the car. now that shows loyalty for the company he works for. but like i said, i dotnk now what your work ethic is like.
![Smilie](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
i love it how you say , a driver needs to speak up, but do it in a respectful way. but down hamilton for SPeaking UP if he can bring his car in. i would think you would of been running out to the track , giving him a high five. but no, you only pick who can speak up and who cant. in this case, your agains hamilton, even though you just said he needs to speak up. wow typical ferrari fans, bunch of raging hypocrites i say

Mosley confirms not to stand for re-election
http://www.f1technical.net/news/12880
Mosley confirms not to stand for re-election
In a letter to all the clubs' presidents, FIA president Max Mosley has confirmed that he will not stand for election in October when his current term ends. Despite the many encouraging letters urging him to reconsider, he claims his decision is final.
He begins his letter as follows: "Since my announcement on 24 June that I ws not going to seek re-election, I have received almost 100 messages from FIA member clubs urging me to think again. This absolutely unprecented level of support is very rewarding and I am deeply grateful."
He continued by mentioning that largely thanks to his deputy president Nick Craw, an agreement has been reached for Formula One that brings newteams and reduces costs "which were so urgently needed". In addition, the FIA have now also secured "satisfactory contracts for the World Rally Championship and the new World Championship for GT cars. In addition, a new structure is evolving on the mobility side which I believe will greatly strengthen the FIA in this area."
"Therefore, with there arrangements in place, I have decided to reconfirm my decision. I will not be a cendidate in October.
At the same time however, Mosley immediately points to Jean Todt, former CEO of Ferrari to be the next FIA president.
"Jean is unquestionably the outstanding motor sport manager of his generation. Teams run by him have won the World Rally Cahmpionship, Cross Country rallies including Paris-Dakar, the Le Mans 24 Hour Race and, in the last 15 years, one Formula One World Championship after another."
"If he agrees to stand, I think he would be the ideal person to continue but also to extend the work of the past 16 years. He can be relied on in all areas where the FIA is active. I very much hope you will give him your support."
Interestingly, Mosley's announcement comes only one week after Ari Vatanen moved forward as a candidate for the presidency in October, ousting himself as the candidate for change, rather than a continuation of Mosley's tenure.

Buemi not excited by Gachnang rumours
Sebastien Buemi this week insists he is not getting excited by the prospect of being joined in Formula One by his female cousin.
We reported last month that F2 driver Natacha Gachnang, who is Buemi's first cousin, has been in talks with the new-for-2010 F1 entrant Campos.
It has been speculated that a test contract with the Swiss 21-year-old is a possibility.
But on a visit to a Swiss kart circuit, Toro Rosso's Buemi, the only rookie on the Formula One grid this year, said he will only believe new teams are entering the sport when he sees them in Melbourne next March.
Asked about the Gachnang rumours, he told the Swiss press: "It would be very positive for Swiss motor sport, but for the moment, the new teams ... no one has seen anything concrete (from them) yet.
"We will see who will really be there at the beginning of next season," Buemi added.

He'll definitely have a great racing career ahead of him in Le Mans racing.

You don't win the Indy 500 and come in second in the 24hrs of Le Mans because you're a crappy driver. For some reason he just couldn't perform in F1. I'm not sure why. Maybe he just needs lessons on how to race from a standing start.![Dunno](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/dunno.gif)

I love it when hypocrites get caught. i would of thought this was a segment straight from Jon Stewart's Daily Show
http://www.worldcarfans.com/10907172...auda-criticism
Norbert Haug has returned fire at Niki Lauda, after the outspoken triple world champion scolded Lewis Hamilton for wanting to abandon the German grand prix.
When running last at the Nurburgring, the reigning world champion pleaded with the McLaren pitwall to "save this engine and gearbox" but was told to "concentrate on the driving and leave the strategy to us".
Asked about Hamilton's request, Lauda said: "I wouldn't have dared. A driver should drive because that's what he is paid to do."
Haug, Mercedes' competition boss, hit back at Lauda, referring to the 1976 Japanese grand prix when Lauda could have won the title but refused to drive in the torrential Fuji rain.
"Someone who says he 'wouldn't have dared' should remember when he drove into the pits and gave up a race," the German said.
Haug said it is absolutely wrong to dismiss Hamilton, 24, as unmotivated because he is not in with a shout of the 2009 title.
"I get the feeling that people are simply looking for anything to criticise," he added, explaining that Hamilton's Nurburgring radio call showed the "intelligence" to consider pit strategies on the run.
lol yah, i like kimi and fins are known to be reallly awesome rally driver's,. but i think kimi will do good, but not better then the vets of the series. but personally i think he is doing it for the excitement .
