I am disappointed that he turned out to be so whiny about it.

Man, i wonder how polo feels about this. one of his favorite drivers accusing his other favorite driver, being part of the crashgate scandal.
I bet he is about to explode![Wink](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Felipe Massa risked tainting his forthcoming 2010 pairing at Ferrari with Fernando Alonso this week by declaring that the Spaniard must have known about Nelson Piquet's deliberate crash in Singapore.
"Without a doubt he knew it," Brazilian Massa, who will be joined at Ferrari by the current Renault driver next year, told a group of journalists in a Sao Paulo restaurant on Wednesday.
"There is no way he couldn't know it. I'm certain," he added, when asked about 28-year-old Alonso's knowledge of the crash-gate affair.
By the Spanish news agency EFE, Massa was quoted as adding: "Without a doubt, Fernando knew it. Logically he had to. There is no way he couldn't have."
Italian reports added that Massa and Alonso have had no contact since the Spaniard was confirmed as a 2010 Ferrari driver.
Later, a statement appeared on Ferrari's official website, playing down Massa's comments that caused "some uproar on the internet".
The Italian team said Massa, also 28, wanted to clarify his comments.
"What I've said is the outcome of a hunch I've had and is not based on any concrete evidence," said Massa, who insisted he respects that the FIA cleared Alonso of any implication in the affair.
"What is certain is that this episode will not mar in any way the relationship I'll have with Fernando when we will be teammates," he added.

Yes, in fact these 2 are my favorite drivers in my favorite team, but at the end of the day, I'll pick Alonso anytime...
Massa should know better... I'll say he made this comment due to his head injury...and let's leave it at that!
Can't wait for this weekend... I think Button will take the championship... you'll see.

I am wondering if the Red Bull is fast enough to win in Brazil. If it isnt then Vettels chances are gone already. As for Barichello, he must prove to be a lot faster than Button to have a chance.
Unless of course Button does a Hamilton (2007) and gets 0 points on the last 2 races.

I briefly met Rubens and Jenson at the last US gp and got their autographs. Both were very nice but I hope Rubens gets the job done while Jenson chokes.
The Massa thing was dumb too. Why you would already taint a relationship that will most likely end up like the mclaren situation.

If Rubens scores a home victory, and Button (most likely) continues his 2nd half slide and ends up out of the points, the brazilian will take the WDC in the last race. Just a little prognosticating and 12 or so hours from now we'll see if the tide has completely turned and JB's slide will be that much closer to an avalanche.
Regardless, this definitely feels like one of those seasons where no one deserves to win it.

I find both Button and Barichello deserves the win. Button for his astonishing start, and Barichello for not giving up.
I am so glad they scrapped the medal system. If the medal system had been there, Button would already have won. Now where would the excitement be then?

Power!!
Congrats to Jensen. He ran an incredible race today showing the Champion caliber he showed in the first half of the season.
Nice work by Hamilton and his crew. Starting on the super softs and then coming in during the safety car allowed him to move to effectively a 1 stop strategy when everyone else had to make 2 in order to abide by the retarded mandate to use both sets of tires offered even if they are handed a turd on a rim.
They need to change the tire rule IMHO. You should be able to run on whichever of the 2 tires you want and not be required to use both. That way if one team's car works well on tire A they can build their strategy around optimizing for running that tire and figure out the best way to run their own race. You'd see more tactical work during the race and mixes of race strategies depending on which teams cars work best on which tires in a given race.

As for Button, I think he will drive for winning next race. Now when it is settled he can go all out again and take any risk he wants.
As for a rookie, damn Kobayashi impressed! Compare with Alguesari and Grosjean. This rookie certainly came in with a bang. Well so did the other two when they took out Hamilton and Button a few races back. But really a nice drive from Kobayashi. I want to see more of him in F1. I especially liked how long he could fight Button back and his pass on Fisichella was extraordinary.
Oh and a cool wall of flames when Heikki dragged the fuel hose in front of Kimi.
