That's what has been reported as one major part of his motivation to change teams. However, if things happen as reported in my last post, that reason will no longer exist and he might as well had stayed with McLaren if it was the only reason.

Greece grants subsidy for F1 track
Greece has shown fresh intent to launch a bid to hold an F1 race after the Ministry of Development unblocked a subsidy worth €28.9 million to build an international-standard race track.

Come on Greece. Get your countries finances straight before subsidizing racetracks. Where are your priorities?

This entire world is fiscally insane. Counties with potentially terminal debt are subsidizing stuff

Paul.

Greece should leave the EU before even attempting to breathe.
These are all ways to hold them by the ***** inside this big clusterfuck we call Union.

3.5l V10, v8 and 3 rotor setup for the teams to choose.
It would be fun to see the v8 win in narrow circuits with the v10 kicking *** at spa, monza etc.
A pit stop every 2 laps for Mazda powered cars lol.

If you introduced the rotary into F1, you would have to allow refueling.

...I think di Resta is the better pick between him and Hulkenburg...Hulk has been around for a while...he's no rookie, but di Resta seems to be getting better results. No to mention...a former DTM champ, so I'm sure his inupt into Ferrari's road car division would be beneficial as well. I read a statement from Alonso, talking about Massa's replacement. If they do replace Massa, they will need someone better than him....granted lately his results don't show it, but I think pound for pound, Massa is indeed better than di Rista and Hulk

Di Resta could be a second driver for 10 more years though. Massa is at the end of his career.

I had hoped he would stay in it for maybe one more year. I just wanted to see MS lay the smack down just one more time......My favorite race was when he pitted like 4 times and ran quali speed laps, won the damn race coming out of the pits....brilliant. Ross Brawn and Jean Todt were genius

I hope he wins 1 more race, I wasn't watching F1 back in the early 2000's and never actually saw him a race. it would be awesome to see him win 1 more. If he's able to get pole in Monaco he must be able to do it somewhere else. He just needs to get some of that old "i'm just better" Schumacher in him. it also wouldn't hurt if the car had a bit more pace, Mercedes have just seemed slow the past few races

Yeah, the Mercedes has been a bit off for the past few races....honestly, I wouldn't doubt they are focusing more on next years car now.

There has been talk of teams giving up and focusing on next years car, in past years, as soon as Aug. I haven't heard talk of that this year.

Wind tunnel correlation hurting development - Ferrari
Ferrari has admitted a correlation problem with its wind tunnel is affecting Fernando Alonso's title bid and that it will shut down the facility at some point in the future to improve it.
cont. at: http://en.espnf1.com/ferrari/motorsp...ory/90824.html

It seems line Ferrari has been blaming the wind tunnel for their problems since Schumacher left.

They have been using Toyota's old Cologne facility for a while now... why didn't they update the tunnel the first time they found the problems?
Developing a car in a sub-par tunnel only to rely on third party facilities to make up for the errors seems stupid.

**** Grosjean.
Wrong penalty for Senna, he was just a victim of the chaos started by Grossjohn.
Thanks Raikkonen for throwing Nando out of the race during the start.
