Oh yea.. in texas, vehicle registration is based on age and weight. It's about $80 to register a new RX8 in texas.

exactly right. empty the land fills and make energy plus reclaim alot of various metals etc that are in high demand.

so you are reforming the hydrocarbons from the trash and then you use reformers to extract the hydrogen. you power the reformers with electricity generated by burning NG which is a byproduct of the original process. and you can crack the hydrogen directly out of the water you make from the processing of the trash thru electolysis using the electricity you generate etc.

the trash heaps just became goldmines
