This guy chopped the top off an old 26-foot cabin cruiser and chained a 1994 convertible Pontiac Sunbird on top of it. "The steering wheel is connected through a hydraulic system to a pair of 200-horsepower outboard motors."

For the same reason we have our 8s -- it's different. He's just doing something a bit crazy for the Main lobsterboat races.

The Sunbird rides smooth across the water, almost like going for a Sunday drive. In fact, Johnson has done just that — taken his wife, Lynn, out for a leisurely Sunday ride across the bay, their black Lab, Hunter, in the back seat, oldies music playing on the tape player.
Pretty cool idea.

thats retarded lol. i thought this thread was gonna be about one of those cars back in the day that could just drive into the water and be able to float and navigate. lol
