I cant wait for the first time this thing roles up next to a T-Rex at a light and you hear the banshee scream of a single rotor turbo'd 20B...

Well, if you look close your gona see a 1 1/2" cogged belt pully on the right of the tranny looking from the back. and to the right of the motor you can see a nice little turbo. As for the I/C yeh its a little big and will get cut down but it was free and fits this app so nice. I cant wait to take this puppy to the next 7 stock.

Well, in the past week shes gone through alot of changes. At first we built the frame, atleast the back half to fit a CBR engine wich had all the mounting on top for lack of bottom bolting points. We were trying to work with the old but it just wasnt rite so, I chopped the back off, talk about pulling your hair out. We are in the prosses of rebuilding the rear section since when the CBR went I lost the engine tranny and swingarm. In otherwords I complicated the whole build buy deciding to go single rotor. Well, as for good news Im already to the point of mounting the swingarm and other then rear axel its a rolling chassis. I also made a tranny mount and am tossing ideas around on the best way to attach it. I need it to be easy to lower from the point of original mounting to get rid of the squat under full load if I run into it, I designed the arm wide enough to mount inline and centered with the tranny pully to start till we can figure out the amount of sag. The swing arm will be mounted in 4 diferent spots each supported buy a ball bearing so its nice n smooth.

Ok, heres the deal. Im cutting the top part of the cage out, its to low anyway. The back no longer needs it for support. Im leaving the demensions up to you Greg so have a go at it and get an idea of how to set it up. It can either wait till I get it up there or we can figure it out somehow. The back looks so much cleaner now and alot less cluttered. Ill get some picturs up in the next few days.

Ok, im taking the top off to the shoulder high bar. Im gona figure out a rounder loop as the top of the cage, make it more like the shape of the top of your scetches instead of 45s on each each side. How high over the helmet do you want the top of the cabon. Think 6 1/2 foot guy, legs are usualy as long as upper body. Frank in those pics of him sitting in the seat is 5'11 so think 3/4 of a foot to a full 12 inches over his head.

I just looked at a bunch of the pics and it seems I cant find the one of Frank sitting in the seat, ill get some pics tommorow for you to work with, some measurments also.

I wouldnt go too high, but I love the idea of changing the roll bar to a rounder shape, I was getting worried I have to do a whole lotta magic to tuck that body around those bars...

It looks like im well with in 42" high, we still have about 12 " over head, give or take. We wont know exact ride hight till I set the sag but thats being based on 5" under frame. Keep in mind the shocks have 6.5 or was it 7.5 " of travel. I think it translates to 10 or 11" at the spindle.

The frame is done, very well done, as a matter of fact its frigan insane and the swing arm, Id let her sleep next to me its so sexy. I want to get some paint on it before we show you more.
I had a question about body roll??? If in this case I can get all the serios weight below or in line of the axels will there be any need for a front swaybar?? Im thinking it might have the oppisite effect in other words roll into a turn giving the back wheel a positive camber effect also???

For the past week ive been getting the little things finished. I have the floor almost finished. Im working on some ideas with the steering, I still havent gotten the rack yet so theres not much to do in that respect. Ive mounted the rad V mounted that is. Im putting a temperary ducting settup in to keep the heat off the driver. The front is skined in cardboard to give me an idea for the ducting. I have the throttle mounted, decided to go with only 1 seat rail. The tranny is set inplace ready for the belt to finalize its position.
