Um if you mean the R-magic sale JoD was having I'd suggest just PM'ing Lazi or IM'ing him. I got my stuff back in late Jan but it was a small thing so it cleared easily. Just remember if it was from JoD they have no control over customs, which sucks.

I know they don't have any control over customs and I don't want ppl to think my thread is an attempt to bash anyone..... I was just curious about everyone else who ordered. When I talked to him 2 weeks ago he said ppl should be receiving stuff that week. I guess others don't really care about the status of their stuff.

Did you talk to Lazi 1stgen8?

I haven't heard much as far as problems with getting items through him.

In fact all the times I have heard feedback, he does a great job.

Let me say this before I answer your question....I'm not trying to bash anyone.
Lazi made it very clear to me that my order would take 7-10 weeks once the item was made.

Well in the beginning my order was messed up........ok sh!+ happens. I ordered a R-magic urethane front lip...around 11/19/06. About two weeks later I received a receipt (via email) stating the supplier was shipping me a carbon fiber lip on 12/22/06. I emailed Lazi and told him I did not care for carbon fiber and would rather have the urethane lip. He said he would contact the supplier and have it corrected. I don't doubt that he did his part. On Feb 1, 2007 I got an email from J-onDemand stating the container had arrived but was in customs possession due to the rash of illegal car parts. From there I was guessing another 2 weeks for customs to do there thing and I would have my stuff. I did call Lazi a while back....nice guy by the way. He told me there was a hold up with customs (which I understand) but some peoples orders were going to be shipped out that week. The only reason I started this thread is cause the old one was removed and noone has mentioned anything about receiving their R-magic items.

That's fair 1stgen8.

I was just wondering if you have been in communication with him since you started the thread. Not trying to get on your case about it.

Customs can be a bitch, I have seen them hold a container of rice that belonged to my friend's wholesale business held for 3 months before.

Hey 1stGen,

Just to give you a idea it took about 3 weeks to get my measly Auto-Bahn Vents. Its annoying as all sin trust me. Keep in mind also that N Rider just recieved his Re roof lip a few days ago and he ordered at the same time as I did.

The Customs thing is totaly out of their hands so all Lazi can say is "Give it time" trust me we've talked he's pissed/annoyed as you are (His bodykit is on that same container btw so trust me he's definatly feeling your frustration). He's mentioned that the container is almost done with and overall he wishes to hurt the previous company who caused all this undue drama.

Thank you Hiro I appreciate you taking time to give us an update. I just want all the forum members to know I have never been upset/frustrated about my order. That's why I stated I'm not trying to bash anyone in the beginning of this thread. I'm just very curious about the status....Has customs given J on Demand a release date?......that's all. I don't want this to turn into something bigger that what it really is.

I got a bit of info regarding this whole customs thing that has been bothering me for the last couple days. I'm not going to go into great detail but I have a few questions to ask JonDemand. I really dont care what other members think of my questions but I have a good reason for asking them.

1) Has CUSTOMS provided JonDemand with documentation that there is a DELAY?
If so, I think all members who are still waiting on orders should receive a
copy of such notice.

2) Has customs given a release date?...second time I have asked this question.

3) Will tracking numbers be given?

4) How much longer do I have to wait before I'm offered a full refund?

For those of you who are thinking it.......no I'm not trying to get money for paint or something for free. I can pay for my own sh!+. I just want a few questions answered. I'm sure I'll probably get the usual......"Your order is on it's way" response but I'm going to ask anyway.

Customs delay is a few days to two weeks max. unless they suspect crimnal activity after inspection.

MAybe Lazi shoold Email me.. I'll let hom know who we use for customs.

You see that's it..... If he's acting as his own broker it could take forever.
