There is a door mirror rattle repair TSB (Europe, replace base of actual mirror from my memory) and a separate TSB 'reinforcement plate' to be fixed to stop panel rattles in this area for early production CX-5's.

Glad to see Mazda is set on recognizing minor issues with early build rattles. Granted I have one of the last build 2013 CX-5's, a few still apply. An issue worth noting is the large amount of cases involving cracked CX-5 windshields. Many say it is a design/manufacturing fault. I haven't experienced the issue (yet). Mazda hasn't given an official notice involving the issue.
