SEMA SCCA World Challenge gets Lambo Garllardo
Alright! Next year racing fans, this car should do very well in that series! Team
DP7 Racing owns this beast! Should give the Vipers and C-6 Vettes a run for there money!

don't like the yellow mirrors but it should be fun to see that thing go up against the Vipers

come to think of it. it does remind me of my He-man Lunch box that i had back in early 80's , slap with a bunch of Garbage Pale kid stickers.

I too have noticed over the past three or four decades that most all of the cars competing in professional racing are covered in stickers.
I checked, and it seems that the race teams get strangers to pay for going racing. In exchange, the strangers get to put on stickers advertising their businesses.
I think it's called 'sponsorship'.
(but I agree with you).
ps. I have to agree because it was a lack of the 'sponsorship' that caused me to go broke in the '90's racing SCCA, etc.. My cars always looked the cleanest, and were almost sticker-free.

i know its sponsorship but the sponsors should be embarrassed to be placed on the bumper in a row like some "my kids is an idiot at BLAH BLAH BLAH middle school" bumper sticker. there is a good way and a bad way to do it- this on this car is an example of the BAD WAY. If i were the sponsor i'd ask for my money back.

I love the SCCA World Challenge and this should make it more interesting.
Did you guys here the rules in the Touring class changed to make it far more cost effective? Should bring back a lot of the budget racing teams from the past.

Well SCCA absolutely had to do something, they have been getting killed by Koni Challenge Series (aligned w/ Grand-AM) as far as participation. I think the car counts this year have been greater than 2:1 in favor of Koni. I've really tailed off in my SCCA WC viewing since Stasis/Audi jumped off the ship.
