Also I would love to have a good mig, all I have now is a flux core welder I picked up from harbor freight for a little over 100 dollars on sale , it works I guess but I wont use it on anything other than internal structure as it is not pretty and takes a lot of grind work. Need to get some gas.

Now thats what I want! Ive been looking at a set of Kobalt torque wrenches just because of the 10% military at lowes, but this is sweet.

9k - you have a low profile jack now and it's still too high to get under your car?? have you found one lower that will work? i'd love this. some guy posted earlier in this thread with a link to one, but not sure if it's lower than what you have now.

The part that sucks is the part of the jack where the rod connects to. I have a low profile harbor freight, but because our front cross member is so deep, i have to drive up on some 2x4's to get the back of the jack underneath the front undertray.

I've got a 'tool box', but it's just a red box with a lid. Hardly something to keep my tools orginized. I really need me a new set of like 100 piece tools. I've got a BUNCH of tools, but all the ones I used to work on my RX-7's with were lost when I moved out from my roomies before. So now I have a bunch of useless tools. Bahhh

Yep. I have a low profile aluminum one and it won't fit under the front lip. I use the huge craftsman to jack the car up a little from the side so I can get the aluminum one under the front cross member.
