There's a guy in town that has an STi and works as a delivery driver for Quiznos. So, if you're ever in the area and need a toasted sub FAST, that's the place to call.
Anyone remember those Quiznos commercials with those weird singing creatures? We love these subs! Man, those were awesome.

Only during one *really* bad storm did I have any trouble (when I had to stop on a steep icy uphill). Took me a minute to get it going again. Putting it in perspective, I saw many other cars stuck and/or off the road during that storm.
So, you can run ultra high performance all-season tires on the RWD RX8 in winter (in hilly New England, no less).

Rx-8
Pasting this from main forum.
The 2004 RX-8 has many problems according to consumer reports. It received a poor rating in Fuel and Ignition, which include:
Fuel: Fuel injection, computer and sensors, fuel pump, tank, emissions controls, "check engine" light.
Ignition: Spark plugs, coil, distributor, electronic ignition, sensors and modules, timing.
The 2005 received excellent in all categories except paint/trim, where it received a very good.

The Evo wagon... I'd buy one of those. I sat in one at the Tokyo Motorshow and liked it. Ergonomics... well mitsubishi's interior sucks. Interior quality... not so bad at all... all leather in that car... it was really nice.

I think those Evo wagons look like Volvos a little bit. You know it's not even worth arguing about it though since Evo wagon production was limited to the JDM. Only 3.5k units were produced IIRC before the production run ended.

These posts are why this whole forum is just getting rediculous lately...a bunch of 17 year olds putting on body kits and adding subwoofers to their 8s that whine and cry that a car that basically costs the same (STi or EVo) is MUCH faster than the RX-8 (of course they must bash the looks of the faster cars 1st though.) The STi is and will always be faster than the current gen RX-8. It is just a fact. The turbo is not "cheating" it is how the car was DESIGNED! Yeah, go ahead and spend $10,000 on a uber-fast high HP turbo setup for your 8. And you will still get pwned by a 600-700 All-wheel HP STi or EVO that spent WAY less than you...man I am sick of people like this on these boards. Kinda make me wish I kept my STi. NASIOC is a good place to browse and not deal with this ignornace.

Motortrend
According to these guys, the 2006 STI is faster in every way than the EVO IX.

I find it interesting because this is the first comparison test that I have seen where they have chosen (and had better numbers with) the STI over the EVO.
edit: Faster in every way, marginally worse braking though.
