True, the 8 isn't a good choice if you use your car to "smoke" other cars, need to make fools outa people with more expensive rides, pick up models and "the ladies," and impress people with statistics. The 8 was never meant to be a "mine is bigger than yours" car.

The Evo, however, is perfect for all that. It's cool you found what you were looking for at last - though I'm surprised that you bought the 8 at all, considering your priorities.

The Evo is a truly impressive car. Just remember to enjoy actually driving it, along with using it to flog other people's egos.

 

I would have to say with the RX8 you pick up more chicks than an Evo or 350Z. It is proven many times when I'm out with my friends, one drives a RX8 the other a 350Z. Most if not all the time people (chicks several times) only ask about the RX8. Didn't even look at the Evo or maybe the Z. If you want to pick up chicks with a ride get the RX8. I think I want on just for that reason along.

It is a nice looking car.

 

Congrats on the Evo8 purchase, Efini. Sorry to hear that you got ridiculed by your friends on your decision to get the RX-8. But it's all cool now that you got the car that your friends liked. But I'm curious why you picked the RX-8 in the first place, even after drving the Evo?
