Welp, I'm boosted now...
So today I finally did it. The rx8 is gone. Yes, I am very very very sad (I ALMOST cried), but at the same time, i am excited to have pistons again
I know some of you might say "oh whatever" or "it's ugly" or "it's boring" etc, but i really do like the car a lot...It's an auto (w/a slap shifter) and supercharged
It's a really fun car to drive, and a requirment so that i don' thave to have my knee replaced in a few years...i get a few years added on to it. haha.
It's got a few less miles than my car too! Which is nice. It's in PERFECT condition too. There's like no marks on it at all. I really like it. Here are some pics that i took tonight just to be able to post.
Everyone welcome, my new 2002 'Benz C230.

haha. Shush. I really do like it!
There won't be any pink brakes this time around, and sadly, you't lower the car from the way it's set up boo. However, it is a really fun car to drive! I do like it a lot!
annnnnd, i'm staying on the rx8 forums! you guys are my homies! <3

My buddy had one of those back in high school. It was an awesome car, but it always bothered me that the engine sounded like a school bus or something. It just always kind of sounded like it was on the verge of breaking.
Grats on joining the piston club again, though I will say that I already want to go back home to my rotary club.

Oh trust me, i had over 10000000 reasons why i had to do it. Sadly, the rx8 just had too many problems and such and it was awful on the gas mi. and i drive from ky to fl a lot.

Well, at least you didn't take a step down! Congrats on the new ride.. This car is screamin' for wheels and mods hehe.. I give it 2 months before you start modding.. Whats the insurance like? Is it more or less now?

so you went from a troublesome 8 to a Benz? Not to be an ***, but if you wanted reliability a Mercedes should have been the last on your list, hopefully you'll be the exception but man, when that thing has issues it's going to be expensive.
If mileage and reliability were an issue, a slightly used Civic Si or perhaps an Acura TL or even TSX would have been a better choice, even if they are wrongwheel drive and all they're still pretty decent Good luck with it, I hope it's good to you

That's not a huge jump but I guess an improvement is an improvement.
