Also, the insulation under the hood rubbing will either burn or eventually wear away, either damaging the hood and/or paint, don't have to be a purist to see that.

lol, really? Under hood insulation IYO puts this car in the same class of these other automotive failures?
And most under-hood insulation is pretty inflammable. I think most are actually designed to fall in the event of an engine fire and (hopefully) smother it. Regardless, that would hardly qualify that car for this thread IMO. My personal experience with the rotary goes back to 1981, and I still have and enjoy them. But well done LSX swaps are fine with me.

The thought is probably that it's the Billy Joe Jim Bob's problem that's dumb enough to buy it.

I have no idea who the owner is. But my sense is that both of you have some additional knowledge of this car, maybe from another thread that MIGHT qualify it? If so, lets see it so I can get on that bandwagon. But 9k's picture alone doesn't do it for me.

It's titled "What not to do to your car!",
Not "What ridiculously stupid tacky thing not to do..."
I wouldn't do it, so it qualifies by my parameters.
