Doesn't look like the police car caught on fire because it was going too fast. To me, it looks like the catalytic converter lit the tall grass below it on fire.
Why do they pull over on the left side of the road, anyway?

I lived in Florida for a long time. We all knew not to park on the tall grass when it was dry. Still had one friend lose a car to parking in the grass. (Common to park on grass lots/yards. Few curbs in much of FL.)

Because the speeder was an idiot. But would have been the same on the right side.

I'm old enough to remember when cats first came out in '75.
IIrc, some cars had warning stickers on the visors about not parking in grass.
What REALLY not to do to your car.
This crap disgusts me.
Absolutely agree. That guy is a disgusting flaming a-hole.
Ought to be illegal.
Absolutely do not agree.
If you think speech you find disgusting should be banned, you do not understand what Sgt. Donowitz was fighting for.
Someday somebody disgusting might get power, find what you think and say is disgusting, and use that power to ban disgusting speech to ban you.
Americans fought and died fighting a-holes so that nobody can tell you what you can say or think.

You are wrong.
You CAN'T say whatever you want.
You can say things in public that WILL get you arrested.
Germany has banned this type of display for a reason.
These ***** are becoming emboldened here because they can get away with it.
They have even infiltrated U.S. Military units.
See the neo-**** Atomwaffen group.
They are advocating violence, and in many cases, people are dying because of it.
Just like you can't yell "FIRE!" in a crowded movie house, there are Hate Crime laws now to prosecute people who ferment political or religious hatred against groups of people.
The recent synagogue massacre is a perfect example of that mentality which has manipulated people into murder.
The 1st amendment does not give people carte blanche.
Inciting Riot is a crime based on speech.
The way I see it, yes, you can say whatever you want, but whatever you say, you have to stand behind them and be responsible of any consequences.
Feel free to leave that sticker on your truck. Just don't be surprised if your potential employers see them and decide not to hire you, or most people seem to avoid you.
You can say things in public that WILL get you arrested.
That's correct. But only if they are inciting violence, and then they should 100% be arrested.
They cannot be arrested for stating an unpopular opinion that does not incite violence.
The courts and Constitution are crystal clear on this.
Many people, apparently including you, don't understand how important that is to a Free society. Fortunately, many more people do.
Even the ACLU has defended literal Illinois ***** (while holding their noses). See these:

You certainly can, you just have to be responsible for the consequences, as UnknownJinX says. If the theater is on fire you're going to be on the evening news as a hero. If it's not and people get hurt, you're going to jail, as you should.
BTW, the "shouting fire in a theater" thing is often abused to justify censorship by people who don't understand the history or context.
Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes coined the term while justifying the arrest and incarceration for 30 years of an American who was peacefully speaking against violence! Specifically, a man was distributing flyers opposing the draft. It was a bad decision that was later overturned. Holmes regretted it.
