I would almost want to drive this car around w/ no body panels as what's underneath is just as beautiful as the outside.

Yeah, the definition of a "Supercar" is very subjective these days as the technology and performance of cars now easily match or surpass what was once considered a supercar. For me it still comes back to one's I thought were so desirable as I was growing up through the 80's and early 90's.
What is "super" in supercar? Is it super performance, super looks, super expensive or a combination of all? Then of course, you have "exotic" and now "hyperexotic" which can all go hand in hand with the term "supercar". I do believe a supercar should still (in most cases) be a road-legal production (non-post-production tuned) car. But I couldn't really argue that something like the Mazda 787b (for example) was not a "super"car.
