Worst Mazda Ever Sold?

Gee ...I think you guys are being VERY UNKIND to Mazda's of OLD, IMO they were all Ground Breaking...state of the Art for their class...
But I am brainwashed.....
Really, the biggest piece of crap Mazda ever made was the 808-RX-3 series, I know you will be shocked, the first RX-3, I owned one had the 10A, great little engine if it lasted over 25,000 Miles, the seats were bloody awful, brakes were hopeless, 808 had no power assist, 808 had clutch cable that would last 4 years, suspension was bloody awful, rear shocks are about a metre long, thin, and car would sag along with leaf sprung rear suspension after 4 years or less., hood would wobble over 50 MPH, rust around chrome window moldings, and top door moldings, fuel lid would fall off after 6 years or less (rust).
And the car was tinny, light, noisy, IMO the worst car Mazda has ever made, it was their car for the masses at the time.
The coupe looked great, but that is about all.

This. I thought they looked nice, but ugh! I hated that thing, the maintenance on that thing was atrocious!...luckily mine was totaled. (I had it parked on the street at my friends house..a drunk driver wiped it out for me..)

I liked that 626 generation and thought the 5DR hatchback was great. The turbo GT models were killer for the time. Much more interesting, fast and sporty compared to the Camcord.
Too bad people still don't like 5DR hatchbacks to this day...the last generation 6 hatch was sweet.

I owned a '95 Millenia (base) for a few years. I liked the look of it and how comfortable it rode, but damn that thing was slowww and unreliable! Rack & pinion, cv axles, valve cover gasket, etc. you name it, i've probably replaced it. haha
Good thing it wasn't an S model, for it would've been worse with the supercharger needing to be replaced =/
