bad COMPANY? jdmultimate

i dont know if anybody has purchased from jdmultimate.com, but two weeks ago i purchased a set of Tenabe springs from them and NEVER recieved them. I call daily and never get through, and e-mail several with only reply, no apology or reassurance, just a "Thank you for letting us know"... Anybody else have experiences with this company? If not, I hope it helps anybody else not get ripped off by them.

Never heard of them.
do you have a link? Did they charge your Credit Card for the purchase? Did you get an email confirming your purchase?

I would try and be a little more patient, there's a chance those springs aren't in stock so they're coming straight from the manufacturer.
Since you paid with a CC, I wouldn't sweat it too much. You can always do a chargeback if the springs don't arrive

I can wait, I have no problem with the patience. It's just upsetting that this company is not responsive at all. At first, they even gave me an estimated arrival date but after that date passed they removed it from the site

They know whats goin on, they just dont want deal with a possible disgruntled customer, especially because they gave you an approx arrival date (and then deleted it). They will just ignore you until the package is actually shipped out to you, then they will write u a one line email like, "Your item was shipped on X/X/XXXX, sorry for the delay ". And you will be lucky to get that. Sucks but is the reality, some places just dont feel like providing CS, regardless of the circumstances. GL

it sucks, but lots of companies misrepresent what they have in stock, because they can usually get stuff fairly quickly from their own suppliers. But if they can't, which happens all the time, they give you all that BS and ignore you. Crappy companies, that is.

The Item is in stock I have 3 sitting here, it is in stock as well with the manufacturer.

But yes these days it is a challenge with most companies...this is why we keep it in the family, I try my best to stock this stuff.

Best of luck and hope you get the springs soon!

You really should shop with your supporting vendors

Yea i was gonna say the same thing, not too many "outsiders" can best the prices of our vendors, even if they do it will be by pennies and not enough to justify goin through this BS. Our vendors have a much bigger stake in our customer satisfaction, as well as much to gain from our continued loyalty.....BUY LOCAL!!
