Well I'm glad you guys got your parts (alzors, jones and chance) however I STILL haven't received as much as a word of communication or response from this guy. I don't get it.

 

dude if you really didnt get into an accident and you just played on people's emotions i would HIGHLY suggest for your own health and benefit you DO NOT show up to any meets in the NJ, CT, PA, NY DE areas.....we dont need your kind around if thats the case.....

Do what's right get people their items purchased or money back plain and simple. Technically you are so in the wrong. If they decided to take you to small claims court they can be awarded a hell of allot more...

 

jones i apologize about my previous post. you're right, you dont know anybody from a few meets and i try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this has gotten ridiculous.

LOL there is no need to go there bro, lol....it's funny how arogant people are on line at times that's all. Didn't he want to sell his 8 cause people made fun of him? Com'mon it's not even worth it.

The only thing that matters right now....is getting people their items purchased or money back. Nothing else really matters here...we can speculate, accuse and examine what's going on all we want. I empathize w/the people getting ripped off...but there are two sides of the story (hold on guys don't jump me, lol...I'm not taking his side - he is wrong [so it seems]).

I wish everyone involved lots of luck. Hopesfully after all these ordeal is over it'll be the last we hear of him. Like Chris said - we don't need people like that around us or in our community.

no need for anyone to swing by for a guy that carries around a gun with hollow point bullets and getting hurt over this stupid situation. it's a real shame but not worth a life.

we should combine this thread with the good guy/bad guy thread since i'm not sure everyone has seen that one to know about the gun at the restaurant.

Well, my guy that picked the bumper up said that Brian had a cop escort my guy up to his house to get the bumper. Im sure Brian was just scared that my guy would put a hurtin on him (of course he wouldnt and i didnt tell him to). My guy said the cop was Brian's cousin or friend or something like that. I hope the cop wasnt this Mike guy. Cuz that would be REALLY f'd up!

Snipaz, no worries man. It wasnt meant as a snap at you, just an "in general" type of thing. I have met a TON of crooks in my life, and the majority of them are really nice guys, at least they purposefully come off that way or they wouldnt have any success...they try to gain a lil of ur trust and then they lie/cheat/steal/ect.

Well, i got into work today and saw a huge box (my guy did a serious pack job for me)sitting near my office door. After about 15 minutes of getting into the box and cutting through the bubble wrap, there it is, one worthless bumper.

LOL, im at work without my camera so i will have to get my camera and get picks Monday when i get back to work cuz im not even gonna attempt to make a go at repairing this POS, its going into the dumpster out back. It seems to be authentic BUT there appears to had been serious damage done to the upper, middle "mouth" area, with the corners and border of the upper mouth being cracked all to hell. The area just above the mouth that extends down from the hood is covered in bondo, there is a through and through crack about 5 inches long on the upper left hand corner of the mouth. ALong with all the bondo there are countless hairline cracks splintering all which ways. The border is cracked all along the ridge. The entire area where the clear corners would fit on the right side is completely broke off. Its a freakin nightmare. No way this thing came from veilside even close to this condition. It appears some amatuer slapped a ton of bondo on it, didnt bother to sand it out smooth and sprayed a half *** coat of primer on it. There is like a 1 square foot area that looks like cottage cheese was spread over it (very uneven surface) and then painted over with black primer.

On my last ride i bought a REPLICA body kit and it looked way better than this, and even THAT one took a good amount of body work to fit. This one would need a freakin miracle worker.

Brian, I want a full reimbursement. Hell, i will send this POS back to u for NO CHARGE as long as i get reimbursed. Unlike you, my word is one you can count on. If you are thinking you wont pay, just remember, you already have one legal issue going through the courts now, you dont want any more; or your suspension from work will more likely turn into a termination.
