Bad Guy: Evo-R.net / fd3s777

Another negative experience with Evo-R.net/fd3s777. I purchased a set of CF rear skirt from Evo-R.net on April 29th. 2 weeks later, installed them on the car, and found that the two pieces did not match in shape and design. I have sent emails, PM messages, made phone calls, but have no luck on resolving the issue.

After one week of posting on this forum regarding the problem, Evo-R.net/fd3s777finally promised to issue full refund if I return the rear skirts. I shipped them on May 21st and Jay received it on May 23rd. It has been more than 2 weeks now and I only received $100 refund (I paid $169 + $35 shipping + $14.10 return shipping). I have sent Jay 3 PM messages and 3 emails and, as usual, he has not replied to any of those messages, and phone calls were never answered.

Watch out people, if you have any promblems with your purchase and need some follow up, and/or refund from Evo-R.net/fd3s777, good luck.

I agree with sammytcl.....

Here's the dilemma that I have with this vendor. You may know him as fd3s777/EVO-R.net on this site, as well as others. My husband, Brandon, with my best friend's help, purchased eyelids for my 8 as his birthday present to me from this vendor's website well over a month ago. On 8/17, $144 was withdrawn from Brandon's bank account for the eyelids. Angie has sent emails regarding this and the only one she's received a response on was the 1st one she sent. The vendor's excuse was that the eyelids were backed up in paint. She has since sent several PMs & the vendor has not responded at all until today. He has, however, been online (on 8Club & 7Club) almost every day over the past month and 1/2. In his PM back to Angie today, he referred to a lip spoiler.... does he not pay attention to what his customers have purchased or what item they're asking for information on?! In addition, Angie has called the # listed on the vendor's website, but there has been no answer so she's had to leave messages with no return call from the vendor. She's also gone so far as to try a fax, but still nothing.

If anyone is thinking about purchasing from him, I DON'T recommend it. At this point, we're out $144 and we've received no eyelids. Needless to say, Brandon is just a little upset - not just about the money, but about the fact that he hasn't been able to give me the gift that he ordered for my birthday and now it's no longer a surprise.

Guys I'm trying to help out as much as I can on this. I'll figure out another way to attach the vents. Cuz original AutoBhan also use glude gun to attach the metal holders. They also use plastic zip tie to hold on. Basicly it is the same. I beleive there was a installation instruction link from Japan. Shows exactly how they attached. This is why we use the same installation.

Vents?! Vents?! Could you please RE-READ this thread? Vents are mentioned in the OTHER thread regarding your service. THIS thread refers to non-refunded money, CF skirts and EYELIDS.

This is not cool at all. I did email Angela about this. Did tell here that there are some delay from manufacture for the eyelids. She said she is willing to wait. I even did ask if she want a refund first. But she said can wait. First of all you are not the person I direct deal with. If you don't know exact detail of this transaction. PLEASE do not run around different forums and post bad thing about our company. I do alot of sales on this forum. If you do some search, most people are happy with our stuff. I always try to resolve problems that customers have. I'm a true business man. I do not steal! Order was place on 8-16 under Vickey Meyers. I know all about this. At this point I'm refunding you full amount.

Below in Red are the emails that transpired between you & me starting back in August. Everyone will notice that you only replied 1 time & according to your response you were still waiting for them from the "paint shop"! Now below in blue are the PM's that were sent back & forth between you & me. Now this time you are saying that the "manufacturer" is the hold up. You yourself said that it was ordered on 8/16, today is 9/26 & you call yourself a "I'm a true business man" so in the phrase of ALWAZL8, I CALL BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! True business people don't accept money for product & then choose to IGNORE responses when asked where is the product that was paid for. This doesn't include the phone calls or even the fax, yes I sent a fax, asking about product.

You have choosen to refund the money because you butted heads with 2 women that don't take crap from people. It seems that I haven't been the only one that has had the same issues with you before, not returning messages & paid & undelivered product. I can't coment on your product because from the looks of it you choose to do a refund which is fine also because I was expecting that you CAN'T deliver the product anyway & I was going to have to file a complaint with PayPal. At least this way I'm through with you.

You're right.... it isn't cool...... what YOU'RE doing to people. I'm very aware of the details of this transaction considering that my husband and best friend are the ones that placed the order with you AND because I've seen the PM's and emails that you chose to ignore. If you're going to post an item as being "in stock" then I suggest you ship it as soon as you take someone's money for that item. You haven't done that. As for me posting bad things on forums..... I posted the same thing that's posted here and others have every right to know exactly what kind of company they're going to be dealing with should they decide to purchase something from you. You say "I always try to resolve problems that customers have. I'm a true business man.". I HIGHLY disagree. Why is it that it has taken 2 different threads on here, as well as a thread on 3 other forums to even get a response from you regarding this matter? YOU need to take a very serious look at how you handle business if you don't want people posting threads like this one.

Once again I haven't posted anything about the quality of the product because I NEVER GOT THE PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!! My complaint was with your business practices & your LACK OF communication with your customers. Your images look nice but if you can't deliver on the product then what good are they. Thank you for the refund it has only taken 40 days to get it.

Major delay from factory on this eyelid. I don't think they can make it by friday. So I'll refund you for now. Just something I cannot control. Hate when this happens with factory.

Hello, Jay, this is David McLarty, I ordered a pair of painted Ti-grey eyelids from you over 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard from you in a while now and I am wondering what is going on with my order. I ordered these in August and it is now almost October. I was hoping to have them on for SevenStock-X but that's come and gone already. I need an update or I'm affraid I may have to cancel my order.

Jay, the ball is in your court. I need to hear from you by Friday or am filling a dispute with PayPal. I want my freaking eyelids. I was going to have them for SevenStock, and I thought ordering them 3 weeks in advance would have given me plenty of time, considering I ordered an AxialFlow short shifer the SAME DAY as I ordered your eyelids and I got it in three days.

So, are you going to send me an email ever or what??

WOW, exact same situtation that I had. I was expecting them as a birthday present & thought that ordering them 4 weeks in advanced would be enough time but guess not. You 1st email proves that EVO-R really doesn't read his emails & uses just a standard response so once again NOT a "true businessman". He has started making an effort to correct some of these mistakes & I commend him for that. Shame that it has had to come to threads like this & maybe in the future he will be more attentive to responding to phone calls, emails, PM's, & faxes.

On another note, any idea where you might be going now to get TG eyelids because that is exactly what I was needing?

Jay just refunded my money including shipping cost, so I got the full $144 back.

I do commend you, Jay, for giving me a full refund. That was a stand-up thing to do. The reason I didn't hessitate to order from you in the first place was two of my friends in our Mazda owners club had ordered stuff from you before (CF eyelids and a Euro lip spoiler) and go them with no problems.

I understand the situation but I would have liked to have been kept abreast of what was happening.

Let me when your eyelids are IN STOCK and may order them from you

that sucks... i got my spoiler from jay a while back with no hitch in about a week or two after sending in the money. good luck with your future transactions tho...

seems to me jay is a stand up guy just dealing with a horrible manufacturer (sp) and also has very bad communications skills which i can somewhat understand

Eyelids "IN STOCK" ready to paint. I pushed the factory to make some to me ASAP. Today they came in. (FRP) I have refund everyone who were waiting for them. If anyone I did not refund and you are still waiting please let me know. I got 7 sets here.
