BAD GUY: lazi
The brief story
on april 11th paid $804 dollars for a seibon bonnet. It took a long time to seem to process. eventually two weeks later i was told it was shipping out and was awaiting track number. Next day i recieved email telling me shipping was $350 more than they told me and i could pay or get a refund i asked for a refund on a week today 4/23 then on the 4/28 was told sorry for the delay lazi will check. still nothing.
I paid through paypal and a refund is a very simple thing to process. I have now had to open a dispute. i will get my money back but i would appreciate it if it didnt take 20 days to come.

I agree, it is very weird for Sam to not be on top of things. Ordered stuff from him in the past and he always took care of me. He even quickly offered and did refund money when parts were out of stock and would take a while to receive. Even the best company's run into problems, I am sure he will get this ironed out soon.

sorry for the inconvenience, but as many of you guys know, we were in the process of moving our warehouse, and out internet was down, now this is not an excuse for us NOT to refund you, but yes it has taken a lot longer than it should have, also we have a dept that handles out accounts and refunds, i don't. so i will rush process to make sure they refund your money asap. again sorry for the delay craig
