Now, hold on - he didn't totally scam me on the turbo.
He ordered one, we went back and forth, over and over again about options. He sent paperwork that said he had initiated a bank transfer, so I started building his kit and ordered his parts.
The bank transfer never came and he kept saying he would fix it.
After a few months, I gave up and sold his kit to someone else.

Look, I could give a rat's *** who is right here and who is wrong but continuing this conversation is pointless.

after reading every single post i came to the conclusion that:
KAZUMA just screw himself over and over because he order a turbo kit and the AP before he did all his homework, so after realizing he is financially broke he tryied to get out with the Turbo kit(succesfully) and somehow something went wrong with the AP shipping.
MM he is a guy which is very respectful around here from everyone. after what you did to him he still tried to find what went wrong with the shipping, but he can't do anything about it because shipping was 1 year ago(i was going to go crazy after 2 weeks).
the last thing i will advise you to do is to go and check with customs if they have it and stop asking "I want to find out what happened with my AP" over and over and over and over...

I have to say that I missed this entire thread until just now, when "Bad Guy" and "Mazdamaniac" showed up in the title. I clicked on it, thinking.. now waitaminute, there must be a mistake.. I've never bought anything from MM but this forum is like a huge clusterfck of people who have done great business with BHR and MM.
And then I started to read this thread, and it has kept me entertained for a good half hour. It reads exactly like a 419 scam from Nigeria, especially with the fake initiated bank transfer on the turbo. I think it's pretty clear here that "obvious scam is obvious."
Times like this make you wish you had just hung on to that last slip of paper, but it's worth knowing that credibility goes a long way. When someone with hundreds of successful transactions goes up against someone with one, maybe two failed transactions and a history of lies in a battle of credibility, the victor is obvious.
Without documented proof, KAZUMA has no foot to stand on.
And as anyone who has had a child (or was one) knows, it reads like a child caught in a lie. At first, they lie to get their way. When they're caught, they say "oh oh, I was just lieing to get my way, but you can trust me now!" And then they go endlessly in circles trying to take attention away from the fact that they're a boldfaced liar and try to change the topic to "Oh I don't know what happened, I'm just trying to figure out what happened!"

too much time has passed to dispute charges... end of story.
as for "finding out what happened"... you say your not even mentioning money and you just want to know what happened. is this correct?
I only ask this because why the Fu@% would you make up a story? to GET YOUR MONEY BACK would be the only logical answer
I am not really taking a side in this whole situation but it seems that the whole purpose is to GET YOUR MONEY BACK and now your trying every damn angle to do it.
like I sad, your a YEAR late and a dime short. just going to have to "write it off" LOL
there is no way to ever know what happened. the paper trail has died and so should this thread
