If Kazuma has to come out publicly to ask for an update, it implies he is not receiving any communication from the BHR people. Come on Ray, step in there. This may have been Jeff's doing, but it's your people who said they would try to straighten things out.

Do I have to have a clue? It's a public forum. I don't have to have insider knowledge. As I understand it, the purpose of this part of the forum is to make people aware of proper/improper conduct and encourage them to provide input to help clarify the situation. Potential customers want to know how past customers have been treated. A good while ago your people said they were going to communicate regarding progress. One of the parties affected by this issue is obviously requesting public input because his perception of what should be happening isn't.
Look man, your annoyance is misdirected. You obviously don't like the idea that his has been brought out into the public, and I didn't do it. |

If you payed with paypal, go through them. File a claim for unreceived goods. Then post up a picture of how many weeks he claims it takes, then how many weeks you have waited. Or simply go to your credit bureau and talk to them about it. Im sure you can press some kind of charges. That is if you are willing to go that far. otherwise just wait.

You speak true man. But it's this damn issue that's the problem. Despite all the comments that have been made on this thread stressing the importance of communication, it still doesn't happen. If you could just understand that no one is insisting on a rapid resolution to this problem. If the customer is told he will be contacted within a few days, then he should be. That's all.
Anyway I for one am happy to hear that you will be looking into this. But accolades? It depends on the scenario. Let's take a simple one. It is finally discovered that Kazuma was right. He paid his money, and never got his AP despite a ten month wait. His money is refunded. Sorry no cigar. Now say that in your heart of hearts, you are pretty sure that Kazuma is telling the truth. His money is refunded prior to the investigation being completed. Now that deserves something. But really, accolades can only be given when one's performance under known situations are known. People there may be jumping through hoops and performing unimaginably difficult stunts but I doubt we will ever know the gory details of what this investigation actually entails. |
Del, there is no rapid resolution. Hund, Easy, and Jeff all have to look through a years worth of email and shipment info. They cannot refund or ship a new product out to this member if he has already received the product. First, they need to varify all of the claims and after the claims have been varified, or not, they can provide a resolution.
Does this situation suck? Of course, and Kazuma has every right to be upset if his claims are true. This needs some special attention to resolve it a little faster. That being said, I am sure Hund and Easy are working their asses off ontop of their current work load. |
I'll get to Kazuma's claims in a moment, but first a word on the starter of this thread.
His item was shipped. The postal label is 7361 0406 7200 3300 1490. He was provided this information. He initiated a charge-back. Despite the proof that it was shipped, Google gave him his money back. So, now LanceFan has his AccessPORT AND his money. So, you people, feel free to tell me how I should run my business. How I should give people their money back without a flinch. How I should let lying, cheating ASSHOLES empty my pockets on my good faith. Kazuma's (R-Styles) AP was shipped. He soon after provided me with an request for his money back, claiming he wrecked his car. You "do the math". |

I remember what you mean about the wrecked car because I checked my mails! After weeks without a contact from you or a tracking number I wrote I wrecked my car to get my money back because I NEVER!!!!!!! got the AP!!! Using Jeff's above thread as an example, look at the people who were easily offended by the notion that there are plenty of customers out there who are just plain crooks. How many of you would honeslty send back an item you got from a business that you didn't pay for? 1 in 5? 1 in 8? I had a friend of mine buy an xbox on ebay, the item not arrive within the 2 week time period and after he did a chargeback and got his money (cause the seller didn't respond in time) the xbox showed up. He never paid the seller who was out over $350. I'd like to see the truth about sales like this come out. I just question if it would make any difference. |

Kazuma: does your email client save 'spam' email? I only ask because when Jeff sent me an email about a year ago, it went STRAIGHT into my spam folder.
Had I not decided to look in there before deleting them, I would have missed out. Just a thought... |

I say post the tracking info. IF it was shipped, there will be record of it for at least a year.
IF it shows that it was shipped but not delivered, the carrier should bear the brunt of the hell being unleashed here. IF it was not shipped (no number) than the seller should. If it was received, then the buyer should. I fail to see why this has been so complicated. It should take no longer than 15 minutes to dig up a tracking number for any transaction less than a year old. |
Kazuma = fail. He has been lying since last year. "Wrecked my car want my money back" was the email he sent and "did not remember" he wrote. Kazuma, do you have any emails saved? How about the email that you stated you wrecked your car? I'm betting you don't. You are trying to force these individuals to prove something that happened months ago while you do nothing but damper the investigation with more lies and hostility. You conveniently forget that you wrote or said something when it makes you look bad or hurts your case. The only thing that is happening in this thread is that BHR Members and Jeff made statements, you denied them, they prove them, and you "remember". I realy hope Jeff can find the tracking number that says it was shipped to your address so you can take this argument to the shipping company and leave these people alone.
To everyone that is telling BHR and Jeff how to run their company: If you dont like they way they run their business, then do not buy from them. There are too many satisfied customers to deal with a handful of fucktards. If you dont like bestbuy, staples or any other business because you do not agree with their service, prices, or quality, do you still go to them? Most likely not. Why sould this be any different. I would much rather get a good quality product and sacrifice a little customer service(due to being busy or what have you shit happens) then get a crappy product with great customer service. Then again, with the members on this site, maybe the second part of my last statement is true. Just look at all of the "OMG $600 turbo on ebay" threads :) Jeff: If you havent done this already, make a special folder in your email for kazuma and save ALL emails to and from him. I have a feeling you may need them later on. |
It amazes me how many people have taken sides on this issue given that there really are few facts supplied (though I'm sure I've been guilty of the same on here from time to time). I about the ones rallying for MM/BHR and if they would purchase from MM/BHR even if he were clearly in the wrong, just as much as the ones rallying against MM/BHR had little potential to be customers regardless of him being vindicated or not...

When Jeff was dealing with the korean turbo shippment paypal didn't even give him the alloted amount of time they claim to give. The case was opened and closed within a matter of 48 to 72 hours and his money was taken. In regards to Lance's situation, I was told this evening that USPS delivered the package to the address Lance specified and it sat for 2 weeks without anyone picking it up. It's now being returned to MazdaManiac. Jeff feel free to correct me if I'm somehow incorrect. So, at the end of the day this whole outburst with Lance was for nothing. He wasn't able to provide the necessary information requested and finally when alternative shipping methods were used (at MazdaManiac's expense) the AP was never picked up. A whole lot of crap for nothing. |

What it looks like happened to me is Jeff got confused by the emails along with the lapse of time. It looks like the OP emailed Jeff to let him know that since he had not recieved the AP to just refund him the money instead since he had wrecked his car and would no longer need it. Not that because he wrecked his car he wanted money back for something he already recieved. Looks like a misunderstanding IMO and I dont think either party is at fault. Now kiss and make up :)

I know for a fact that the lancefan situation got fixed. It was communication difficulties that was resolved a few weeks after the ban. Both parties got the items they needed (cash and the ap).
It doesn't look good for you though guy. Its hard to prove things a year later, especially when you don't have the evidence to support yourself. |
