bad guy ninjajim4
be carefull when selling to this guy, I posted a BHR ignition kit for sale for $385 plus the 3% paypal fee, ninjajim4 sent payment january 5th , icommunication before and after payment awesome, now the next day january 6th I told him its a holiday and I can ship out january 7th early morning, I wake up wednesday to check my paypal account, and ninjajim4 open a paypal dispute stating he never received the item, yeah I said to my self why on earth he opened a dispute if I told him that thursday january 7 I will ship out the kit to Charles Hills for an inspection and warranty transfer also have Charles ship to ninjajim4, now Charles stated there is a fee for this service in which I am not responsable for, I told ninjajim4 confirm with Charles I will bve shipping the kit to his attention so he can assure after the inspection you will be receiving the kit, ninjajim4 said its none of my business wether he spoke or not to Charles, for me that's very shisty, second I asked for ninjajim4 to drop the dispute or I will not ship the kit, as we all know about how paypal protects the buyer 100% once a dispute is open the seller looses , its almost $400 I will have to refund since my paypal is blocked until january 16th, I asked ninjajim4 to drop the dispute and he'll get his refund but he decided to wait until january 16th, now is that something weird or what, I'd much prefer selling to someone else but I can't cause he blocked my account and eventually my account is negative -$396.55 since january 5 tuesday, ninjajim barely has any posts in this website, so yeah not only I'm stuck with the BHR kit, my paypal account is blocked, I have a negative balance on my paypal account,
BTW ninjajim4 if you're reading this why not explain how you became the worst buyer ever , you paid jan 5, I told you jan 6 is a holiday same day you paid and that I will shipout jan 7, you opened a dispute on jan 6 and demanded me to ship out the kit to charles, but you never confirmed with charles for his services, I of course will clarify on the note that charles needs to ship you the kit, but who's going to pay for his inspection and reshipping fee ?
Bottom line is you screwed me bigtime, I wish to give you a refund but you blocked my paypal account, something so simple, 1st day you pay , wait at least 2 days I ship, 3rd day u get a tracking #, 4 or 5th day you get the kit, instead you decided to scam me thinking I will ship the kit, you open a dispute and I end up refunding you the entire balance, not funny and sorry your stupid scam didn't work, people watch out for this guy and any other transaction similar to this, if someone opens a dispute before you ship don't ship, or paypal will force you to pay a refund and you will end up screwed

1) Basically you're an idiot. I filed a Paypal claim because I knew for certain that at least two people paid you for your one item. I even gave you the benefit of the doubt and closed the claim the same day, as stated, and then I don't hear from you for ANOTHER 48 hours. Why wouldn't I resubmit that claim...? Those are the plain facts. Despite this, for whatever reason, you are literally obsessed with the fact that the claim is for item not received. Thank you for the lesson in expected ship times. Unfortunately it's not relevant.
2) Thank you for not publicly accusing me of being a scammer. If you'd only been so courteous in PM. I'll say again for everyone's benefit: if I were trying to pull a chargeback scam, I'd file a claim AFTER you mailed the item, not before. What, am I the world's dumbest scammer? No, you're just an idiot seller.
3) Like I've repeatedly said, you can issue a refund ANY time and the dispute is closed, and then you can stop crying about having a locked account. You don't need me to close the dispute in order to issue a refund. I've even given you step by step instructions on how to do so. I suggest you call your Paypal representative. This last point of mine is purely to help you. I already have my money back from the bank. Sometimes I just feel bad people like you. Afterall, you're just working with what you were born with. Poor guy. You're welcome.

Bottom line ninjajim4 I sent you evidence that I only received one payment for the bhr ignition kit which was you , nobody else payed for this item so don't be posting lies, inclusively the other person I asked to provide me the paypal transaction number, and not yet he has replied nor posted the evidence he paid me, so stop with the childess games saying I received e payments for the same item, look at my sale thread you idiot, I clearly stated and confirmed the kit was sold to you only nobody else, your the ******** who started the drama, inclusively you actually confirmed the other guy was just complicating things and you appologized for your action opening the dispute but you never dropped the dispute, I can refund you anytime of course, my paypal is linked to my bank account you morron, but explain the negative balance and that negative balance is linked to your dispute, remember paypal put your funds on hold until you drop the dispute, so bottom line is I don't have your money paypal does, why not ask them to release you the money , I allready approved your stupid refund, thanks for your ignorant and non experienced buying techniques, obviously its you that doesn't understand how this works,
1. First day You pay
2. Second or 3rd day you get a confirmation number
3. Fourth or 5th day you get your package by mail
But no, you did this thinking you can scam me like some others have done
1. First day you paid
2. Second day early morning you open a paypal dispute, I haven't even shipped it yet, wtf
3. Third day you state you dropped the dispute but you never did, and was hoping I shipped the kit to Charles
4. I ask if you coordinated with Charles , you say its none of my business
5. Fourth and fifth day I'm waiting for you to drop the dispute, cause I'm not going to ship and refund you at the same timer, I'm not an idiot sorry since the second day I find it hard to trust you
6. Yesterday I asked what would you like to do, refund or drop the dispute and I'll ship to charles
7. You clearly stated you'll wait for your refund, you don't have to wait you idiot, paypal has your funds since day one, I'm not holding your money neither denying to refund you
8. Today I post a bad guy post , cause you are very stubborn, since the second day
9. Btw fyi I haven't sold the kit , not until I resolve this paypal issue with you first, thanx for blocking my account for no reason...

This "fee" is strictly between the purchaser of the used kit and myself, which has no place in this argument. Further, the "fee" is a whopping $20 to cover my having to repack the kit up, stand in line at the post office, and pay for return shipping. Hardly an inconvenience for anyone buying or selling a used BHR kit, especially in light of the benefits derived (which are offered by no other vendor on this forum regarding their own products and possibly in the entire aftermarket as a whole, as well).
I'm sorry to have troubled you prematurely Charles. When I'm able to purchase a kit at a good price from a seller with decent communication skills and reasoning abilities, I'll be sure to get in touch again.

I would assume so. You'd do well to note that my claim is still open with Paypal, meaning he hasn't shipped me anything nor issued a refund. I don't see what excuse he could possibly have for not doing at least one or the other this point.
Your money tho...

Your claim is open because you want to, I allready approved the refund, however the negative balance is still active under your dispute, ninjajim4 it is you that needs to contact paypal and have them release the funds, cause I sure would love to refund you each penny, so I can sell the kit to someone more cooperative and not a scammer such as you ninjajim4 good luck finding your next victim, as for a decent price $385 for a used bhr kit is a decent offer considering that I am including the shipping cost, each time you invent another excuse you sound less to trust, dear rx8club forum members watch out for this guy, he really got the nerves to not only scamming but to also complicate his actions with poor excuses, bottom line is your a bad guy, bad business, bad buyer, bad liar, bad scammer, bad everything, it's hard to trust someone who lies, lies, lies since day one... Like I said before , good luck scamming someone else

wow for some reason I read through this thread and I dont know why.....all I have to say is that it sounds like the both of you messed up this transaction with some pretty bad communication for the both of you, although ninjajim Id say you messed it up first by placing your claim second day because of something you thought happened (which may or may not have who knows).
Oh and noturx8 is right and you (ninjajim4) need to contact paypal or wait it out to get your money if he truely did post the refund

thanks for your input but you're completely wrong. If the seller refunds the payment, the dispute is closed automatically. Unlike you, i'm not just talking out of my rear, this is based on actual past transactions. Think about what you are saying. It's my money. Why would i need to approve the return of my own money? Why would i need to drop a claim for my money, in order to receive it? Regardless of logic, because i don't expect you to reason through this, the plain fact is that's not how paypal works so thanks for adding your useless 2 cents which aren't based on any sort of facts whatsoever.

Sorry for hurt feelings, buddy, but you don't know what you're talking about. If you did, then you'd be qualified to contribute, but sadly that's not the case. He's not right, and by agreeing with him you reinforce his idiotic notions (and also say a little something about yourself). I hope you don't expect me to be appreciative of that.
As for jumping the gun by filing that claim initially, well, if you read the original for sale thread, I explained how I did so as precaution, because it is much easier for me to recoup my funds before NOTURX8 withdraws it from his Paypal account. I ended up dropping that claim against my better judgment and waiting another two days before opening a new one, having heard nothing from the seller during that time, and also during which he did successfully withdraw those funds. Which brings us to now, and the difficulty I WOULD have had in getting my money back if not, thankfully, for my unusually accommodating bank. I should also add that Paypal typically only allows one claim per transaction, and so to even reopen the claim was a tricky bit of business. The original claim # is PP-870-631-436. The new claim number # is PP-872-678-896.
Why I'm explaining myself to you, I have no idea..

All I was saying is that jumping the gun thing as a "precaution" seemed odd and as a seller would make me not want to send off whatever I am selling but whatever....and no I'm not gonna waste my time reading your thread and I was wondering why i even read this one.
Maybe you two should just call each other instead of bitching in the forums or at least use pm's for this private convo. Sorry to intrude and I assure you I will not again. Good luck with working this messed up **** out.

You're more than entitled to your opinion and if you think I'm wrong, God bless America. Just don't come in here agreeing with blatantly false statements about Paypal's policies for disputes and refunds. The seller doesn't have it right and neither do you.
Thanks for your well wishes for a successful resolution. So far as I'm concerned, I already have mine. As soon as this claim is decided in my favor, I will be square with Paypal as well.

So in short, you suck at reading comprehension, but luckily you excel at that rarest and most invaluable of life skills, internet name calling. Congrats, winner.

Funny how such a short sentence could still be so full of inaccuracies. I didn't start this thread "bitching" about anyone, I came on here and defended myself. I also said mscamp02 was more than entitled to his opinion, but I didn't like to see him affirming what is essentially a big load of crap.
