You're saying that you don't have a tracking #?
That's your liability and no one else's. If you or your wife did not get a tracking #, you made a major mistake in doing business.
If you DID get scammed and these guys got their goods and are now saying they didn't to cheat you then you can really only blame the person who shipped the item without getting delivery confirmation or tracking #.
You should already know through your experience with me that your post office screws up alot (at least that was the story), so then why would you continue to do business with the Post Office when they screw up? I know that Fedex is an option for you b/c you were going to ship my stuff Fedex originally.
Being a slow shipper is one thing, but doing business in the way you do with very lacking responses, inconsistent information, irresponsible shipping is totally different.
Again, I don't think you're trying to scam these guys. I don't think they are trying to scam you. I'll take your word that stuff was lost in shipping, but lost in shipping w/ no tracking # is ultimately your fault. You cannot prove you shipped the items even. You should refund their money for your screw up.
My personal recommendation is that you don't sell any longer on this site as you don't seem to have the capability of providing a reliable experience for your buyers. Everything that has come out of this story all leads back to one thing - The seller/shipper is unreliable, slow to communicate, and does not have reliable means of shipping. By your own words, you don't follow up on things. You only check your e-mail once a week, so unless you start doing business by phone or checking (and replying) to e-mail daily, it's best you just don't waste people's time.
I was patient with you to avoid the ugliness seen here, but I would never buy from you again nor advise others of doing so.

Haha just bustin' ***** over here. I have read so many threads that could be ended with a simple tracking number yet these tracking numbers elude us. If you ship something you get a tracking or item number, simple as that. It's not like he shipped it VIA camel.

I would please like my $50 back. Paypal has him in their radars anyway...if he ever does a transaction with that account, that name, that credit card, that address, that e-mail...anything....I will immediately get the money. I would really just send me the money though. It's easier that way. Please stop the BS about me sending you the clear corners. I already purchased a used set from Fluid Motorsports.

I never called myself a vendor, I simply was explaining that compared to many others who really have scammed people here $$$$ Thousands & Thousands $$$$$ in this forum continue to serve this community. That's All I ever said.
As for the refund, Yes I did went to the Post Office today, the Postal Clerk actually remembered me shipping the box, however the only person who is authorized to enter the system for a detailed search was not available. He advised me to return early morning tomorrow in which I will be there in order to obtain a solid response for what has caused this misunderstanding.
Silverhokie: I never requested you to ship the clear corners back to me, I obviusly stated When I receive the package or if the Post Office confirms they lost the shipment ( I will refund you ). The whole idea of this thread you started was to get your refund ( RIGHT ).
So let's get the story right, I assumed you received the package you assumed I never shipped the item. And yes my paypal account is on hold, you will receive a response to your concern of the refund and that's the truth. Bottom line is I don't trust you neither do you, so let's be honest and quit the BS back and forth on this thread.
Problem is between you and me and not the entire RX8 community so stop your bitchin Anthony... I don't surf the internet 24 hours a day, smell by *****, and look up the sky wondering what to do each day, I have a job, a family, a marketing business and sometimes travel out of town.
