Well, they didn't initiate a transfer from my bank account, so the deficit is still "virtual".
However, I have thee other transactions that are acting to "pay down" the charge-back.
I would feel much better if those weren't in the mix.
I'm not sure at what point they will actually try to debit my attached account, but I'm wondering if I should go to the bank and block any debits from PayPal there.
I've called "Carrie" twice now and left messages with no call back.
"Stephen in Seoul" is still acting like he wants the second turbo, but I don't know what steps he is going to take to get it.
Getting that second system off my plate would be a relief as well.
Because of the 14 hour time difference, communication with him takes days.

Sorry to hear about this MM. Also, sorry that I'm one of those transactions. I didn't get your follow up email on my Accessport order soon enough. I had already Paypal'd the money to you. I just got done PM'ing you and explaining what's up. I'm deployed right now so there's no rush on anything, just let me know what I need to do to help out. You do great work.

How far could you track it before this. Usually they give the arrival points and times as it makes it's way to it's destination.

None of the people who has their payment to me trapped in PayPal will be screwed. I'm sending them out, anyway.
I'm not sure, but I think if I issue a refund for the transaction, it will come out of my bank, rather than getting pulled from the already-negative PayPal account.
When this all went down, it showed it as entering customs in Korea and thats it.

there is couple possibility
1) it's stuck in custom
2) someone in custom sees that it's underdeclared, 5 hand discounted it and sold it. (typical in asia)
3) he has a friend in cusom that 5 handed discounted it for him
4) he's got it and is pwning u.

Claim the insurance for the parts through USPS. They have to provide delivery proof or pay.
I might be interested in the kit. I'll get back with you on that.
BTW, I shipped a Canzoomer to Italy through USPS. It took about 5 weeks to get there, 3 of which were in customs.

This all really sucks...whatever you do, don't ship that second kit to him...
If the first one really is just stuck in customs, it might get there in a few weeks, and this will get resolved. Or he may have it and be dicking you. Either way, there's no reason to send a second kit to Korea.
If you call paypal and speak with Carrie or some slightly-higher-up in a professional fashion, I have faith that they will take care of this situation appropriately. Hope it works out, keep us posted...

Yep that's pretty strange if it turns out to be the same guy.
MM, I'm not going to be able to swing the turbo kit right now. I'm about 6 months away from when I was planning on buying one and I don't have everything else worked out to drop the cash on it. Sorry.

I'm willing to accept that whatever transpired with the first kit is past.
But to meet my willingness to send you a second kit by charging-back after the shipping arrangements were made? How is anyone supposed to understand that?
