Yes, Jeff you can talk like that to hide your scamming.
The fact is very simple as below,

1. I've transfered 6260 USD to you for your turbo kit.
2. You told me to wait 6 weeks to prepare shipping.
3. But you did not ship anything
4. I requested you to send me your shipping document.
5. You told me there is no shipping document even any tracking number.
6. I waited another few weeks waiting your shippment.
7. you kept lie me
8. I filed a compliant to Paypal, my bank , IC3 and FBI
9. You never prove yourself that you shipped something to me
10. Paypal did chargeback now, it is almost 4 months past.

I'm at home now and it is AM 12:10. My computer in my office has all your email.
I will post all emails tommorow between MazdaManiac and I.

Everyone would know who is MazdaManiac.
Also I will post the EMS slip which you've sent me just few days ago.
If the slip is true, it should be enough to prove your innocent.

Jeff, let people judge us.

I really dont want to do this but you are a very scammer.
I dont understand why did you make this happening.
To flat out call someone like MazdaManiac a scammer... is.. futile.

Jeff, you are a good person.
I don't want to argue with you anymore. We did that enough thru emails didn't we?
If there is something wrong between us, it should be a language problem.
If there is a criminal between us, it is USPS.

Original Post Quite a difference...

I'm probably going to delete this thread in a little while.
There is some good information about how to deal with PayPal and such, but its just plain ugly now and that wasn't really my intention.

What's done is done. I can't change that.
If I was going to do this all again, I would have simply not agreed to the reduced value and would NOT have used PayPal.
Since this sale, I've only accepted bank transfers from International customers.
Its a PITA for the buyer, but it is the only way I can protect myself from someone buying something from another country and then taking the money back.

I'm trying to work it all out between the customer, USPS and PayPal. Hopefully, I'll get some resolution.

I am going to accept this version.
Lets just work it out.

As I told you in my last e-mail, I have a friendly clerk at the Post Office (how often does that happen?!?!) who remembers the transaction, so I will hopefully get something back at least.

Deleting the thread could make it possible for this guy to scam someone else. A lock would probably do, no?

Unless the situation works out to be a "language problem" and you actually get paid for your parts, at which point deleting would probably be the right way to go.

My .02

Hope it works out MM. Sure sounds like a scammer to me.

If there is a criminal between us, it is USPS.
I'll throw my .02 in and say it doesn't look like neither are scammers. The post office is probably the culprit. That being said, if it was lost in the mail undervalueing the package is going to suck for sure!

Either way.

Steven got his money back and will more than likely receive a free turbo kit.

Unless he does the right thing and either pays MM when (if) the kit arrives or offers to send it back. Maybe something good will finally fall into MM's lap.

sorry to hear this Jeff. I think someone in Customs or USPS took the kit. I remembered I had a large order to a customer in Germany a few years ago. When the product arrives to his door, it was full of bricks. He immediately email me the pictures of all the bricks inside the box and said that we scammed him and demanded money back. Needless to say, we came to a compromise and got everything sorted out eventhough we never retrieve any of the products that were originally inside the box. All I can say is DO NOT USE USPS for international order. I only use Bax global, UPS, and fedex and have been very good to me so far. If anyone complains for the shipping cost, so be it. You're protecting both yourself and your customer by getting what they pay for. Additionally, ALWAYS use Insurance no matter what. If your customer wanted to de-value the product, make sure that your customer is aware that the insurance will only cover upto the amount the value of the box is. He will then be responsible for the difference in the value of the product if the package got damaged and/or missing since the insurance will only cover the de-value cost.

I say instead of bricks you send a hairdryer. :P Anyway...sorry to hear that things haven't gone well Jeff. Im sort of wondering what the USPS has to say about the shipment that never happened. I am sure you have the receipt with tracking number still so they have to admit it existed. I know that packages fall off the system once they have been in a delivered state for a while and I am wondering if this is the case. Maybe a conference call between USPS and PayPal can get it resolved. Im sure the USPS has video evidence of you shipping it out. Good luck Jeff!

I've let it go.
I'll recover financially eventually.
Just kinda sucks that I have essentially lost my entire profit margin for the first 4 months of AccessPORT sales in just one scam.
The only insurance I can have against things like this is to not sell internationally.

I say keep fighting it. With all your receipts, you can get your money back from Paypal or USPS. Hell get your money back from both and screw him back!

/keep international sales, just make it bank draft / bank transfer only.
//at least until I buy my accessport

MM: What did USPS say about your tracking number no longer being on file? Im wondering if that is enough proof to PayPal that it reached Korea and get you your money back. Then it is a fight between the two of you and the Korean mail system/customs office.

I don't know how I missed this thread.

Personally, I never sell anything to anyone outside the US when I have ebay auctions.

Also when I pay via paypal, I always pay with a credit card. In this case, paypal screwed Jeff, but they will just as easily screw the buyer at the drop of a hat. Paying with a CC means you can charge it back if paypal screws with you. People need to remember that even though paypal acts like it's a bank, it isn't. Banking rules do not apply. Paypal can lock your account and KEEP your money. They do this all the time.

There are entire sites up about how badly paypal sucks: http://www.paypalsucks.com/

I would not ship the second kit to Stephen. He was too quick to jump on your case, and too quick to initiate the charge back.
