BAD GUY - TYRANTKILL. "Part out, everything must go.."<cont.

Since that little punk Tyrantkill made his thread for his part-out, collected money from several members here, then decided to provide fake tracking numbers and try and disappear..I started a new thread.

He logged in and deleted his old thread for his part-out, because I began to post his info and the contact email for his sgt. in his unit. Once again, if ANYONE bought parts from him, email REIGNJOHN@YAHOO.COM, and give him all the info regarding your transaction with AJ if you havnt done so already. One member sent him around $1600, several others sent him a few hundred. He turned his phone off, and logs in but wont PM anyone back. Fake tracking numbers were provided..in my case, all I received was an excuse why he couldnt provide me with a tracking number.

The paypal account is supposidly his SGT's in his unit who is speaking with him this week about this case of fraud and theft. From now on post up here whoever is involved, and ill keep updating as I receive info. Thanks!

if you can find his unit and CO you will be taken care of. He won;t get a pay check till you are paid back. Can be a pain for you but find a local recruiter and ask for a local JAG office they will help you.

Well I don't know about you but he never responded to my PMs or emails so I knew something was fishy.

Thats what I actually did, I tracked down his CO and Unit. He used his NCO's paypal account apparently, who was unaware that people were not receiving their parts. Im letting that guy deal with him for a day or two, then if this still isnt resolved Im stepping in and getting this guy really screwed. I only lost $54 dollars..its the fact that members here lost anywhere from 100 to 1600 dollars to this guy.

He responded to all my messages, and even sent pictures of the parts from his cell phone to others.. Everything was legit from the beginning

He was very helpful and responsive with me until I sent the payment. The last message I received from him said he shipped the parts out and he didn't have the tracking info with him. I haven't heard from him since.

I sent $175 on July 20th and I have not received any parts.

Have you contacted any of the local Ft. Hood guys? I am sure they could be of assistance, I know some of them are active duty.

Just an update.. He promised his sgt that he would provide shipping receipts by tommorrow. I'll wait to hear back. If he doesn't, or they're fake receipts they're going to try and garnish his pay to get everyone their money back.

I too sent him many PMs and commented several times on his post for a couple parts. I was starting to suspect something fishy because I told him I would come pick up the parts, and he never responded to anything I said. Hoping yall get your money back.

I also am going through a paypal dispute to regain my $150 back. The guy has always been quick to reply to my pm's until after payment too, gave me a fake tracking number, said he shipped out the exhaust 3 days after payment, 3 weeks later says he shipped it out a week ago, so many excuses.

I was tempted to buy something off of this guy a while back when I was lurking that thread. I'm glad I didn't.

Really sorry to hear about this one. Hope you all get your money back.

There should be a lot coming down on him right now..being in the army is definitely going to make all this worse. I should hear back by Wed. id say at the latest. I hope he gets charged under UCMJ and all his pay is garnished.
Its kind of ridiculous because I have all his info, from his phone number, to his address, to his army unit and commanders name...nowhere really to go ya know. I definitely dont feel bad, communication could have fixed all this.

Wow that sucks, now I see why people give me a hard time for selling my turbo kit cause I have never been on the forums before. I hate when shady people rip people off, because people like me have to suffer from people like this.

I live in Fort Hood/Killeen area and know the Army around here well, once his Sgt or his Commander finds out, he is screwed hard core.

I am in this for $1600 but for some reason I still trust that his is just a case of maturity and getting behind on commitments. I am not going to bash anyone yet RJ still has a day or so to make this right for me.

I have read it all but I am trying to cope and tell my wife its nothing to worry about. ; )

And just so you all don't think I am an idiot I made my purchase before this all came out... I am always skeptical about purchasing things from forums so I looked to make sure he had a past history in this community (since I am brand new here) which he does have several previous posts. I then made him call me so I could trace all his information so I really thought this was all legit. Here is keeping my fingers crossed. Wish us all luck!

..try not to stress man. Hes definitely in the army, I definitely have his unit info and contact numbers for his direct command, and I know the process it will take to have his pay garnished. UCMJ action will also result in bad things for his career..that will eventually call for written statements, etc., but its not that hard of a process. Theres basically a lot of good things going for everyone who lost money.
I have a feeling he is immature as well, and got behind on things after his car went in the shop... regardless, theft is theft in my book. Ill post up tommorrow with some news guys

I believe I made the first post about it being shady requesting Western Union, and have some silly excuse about paypal. I'm not even going so far as calling him a thief, I'm just saying if you had any amount of caution you'd never hav done business with him...

As a Soldier, I'm disgusted with this behavior. Please don't let "this guy" Tyrantkill tarnish our reputation as this is most certainly an isolated case involving one dishonest service member. We are a professional organization with a few individuals who just don't get it.
