Joshua had purchased some Tein Springs on May 16th. The short of it, after repeated mixups on my end with my supplier in saying the item was shipped and it never was I ended up refunding his order because it took too long to get his product to him.
So June 9th he Received a refund from us becasue shipment never went through due to the mix up and the warehousing distributor running out of stock.
June 26th I get a bill from my warehousing saying the item shipped, and they provided shipping. (Long story short to this confusion my supplier was amidst a major move and their systems were not operational for over 3 weeks.) Yes it was a nightmare for my orders...
After they have provided me proof of shipment, I contacted Mr. Zuccollo.
I called him the following day left a message and then he immediately called me back. He said that he did receive them and had moved and he meant to contact me. I asked for the springs back and that I could send a label if he didnt want to keep them.
He hesistated and informed that he would like to keep them, but, he would not be able to get me payment for a day or two.
Well fast forward to today and no payment has been recieved and all calls, emails, and PM's are ignored.
I do know that he is living in the Nashville area now so if anyone sees him feel free to give him **** for me and inform he needs to pay for his product.
Hopefully he will stand up for his payments that are due.

(preface this by saying I think fluid is a good company and cares about customer service. I've done business with fluid before and was overall satisfied...)
Fluid... this is one of the problems when you sell inventory you don't have sitting on your own warehouse floor.
Initially, your company is the one that messed up his order by allowing a customer to purchase and pay for parts that were out of stock (communication issue). I applaud you for making it right and refunding his money. However, from a business standpoint, you, as the company receiving the payment directly from the customer, are responsible to ensure his product arrives correctly, in a timely manner, and in good condition.
Selling goods that you have not purchased yet is a good way to run a business, because you don't have to worry about proper cash flows. You've made your profit margin before you've even purchased the inventory. Essentially, money up front, which is a luxury that online ordering provides.
(Fluid, forgive me if I'm wrong, but that is what it sounds like in this case, and when I purchased my AP Exhaust from you. I'm also pretending I know about your company's cash flows from the little I've dealt with you)
However, this is the downside: you're at the mercy of your suppliers that, most likely, don't deal directly with the end consumer and can have internal problems that you cannot control. Also, If they provide you with bad information, you're the company that looks bad in the eyes of the end consumer.
The fact that your supplier shipped the order AFTER you refunded the money is a communication issue between Fluid and your supplier, which is risk your assuming by allowing some other company to influence your customers as much as they do. The supplier screwed up more than Zuccj did.
All Zuccj did was go get his mail, probably said, "hmm, somebody screwed up." He didn't scam you or initially plot to get you. He ordered a product. Paid for it. Your company couldn't deliver, so you refunded the money and your supplier shipped the product anyway.
That all said. . . I would return the product because, regardless of circumstances, he received something he didn't pay for. He knows who it belongs to and should return it. (Ran into this when I found a brand new iphone on the golf course)
Closing - I see this more as a communication problem between fluid and the supplier. But, if Zuccj was an honest+good person. He would return them.
Hope I didn't offend or upset anyone with this little interpretation of this situation.
