Just want to add my 2c on this... I haven't even purchased anything from BHR yet, and Charles R. answered a lot of my car/kit questions, responding almost immediately. I eagerly await the BHR/MM turbo kit!

I've bought a lot of stuff from Charles over the past few months, and he's never charged me for something that he couldn't ship out immediately. The one time I ended up with a credit he sent me back a refund no questions asked; even though he knew I didn't really mind having the credit since I was about to buy more stuff anyway.

My point is that Charles doesn't mess around. He delivers when he says he's going to deliver, and he doesn't take your money until he CAN deliver. He will also hold some fire under a supplier's feet to ensure you get your stuff as quickly as possible.

The only downside to him is his business partner...

 

I have got a couple items from BHR over the last couple months. Quick delivery, great product, and great advice. The trifecta... Before I even bought anything Ray was always willing to answer questions and offer solutions. I have bought Aem product and zex products from BHR also and same result....perfect ... Now I just need to stop spending all my money on CA. gas so I can save for BHR/MM turbo

I'll chime in to also give him props, his information and service have been a valued asset to me in my time with this car.

 

Charles rebuilt my engine without breaking a sweat, in a garage with 95 F temps in central Florida.

I've had zero issue with his service.

 

he installed my nitrous kit without breaking a sweat up here.....but it was during a snow storm so i guess its a bit different?
