Cobb tuning is so much win

Cobb tuning is so much win
Just got off the phone.
Several months ago my cobb was disconnected from the OBD2 terminal while uninstalling the AP from the car (The dongle was VERY sensitive).
I reconnected the Cobb to do the recovery process, but it fired through the rest of the process in like 2 seconds and said done. Every since i've had the flashing key of doom on the dash and the car will not start.
Just called Cobb, and they said send the ECU in and we can fix it for you if it is indeed an ECU problem, and said turn around time is like 1-2 days, extremely nice dude and knew what he was talking about when differentiating symptoms between the ECU and the immobilizer. I so didn't want to take my car to a dealer.
So much win. So happy.
If you're wondering why it took me so long to get around to this, it's because the engine had blew and I hadn't had a replacement. The new motor is in just trying to resolve this last issue so I can move on to happy rotoring.

I had the same thing happen apparently. I was holding the connector there the entire time but I must have moved just enough to lose connection or something. Everything was really good on their end except I paid for overnight return shipping and it got sent ground despite being covered in a 1/2 mile of overnight air stickers lol. PS: You ever get rid of the body kit, keep me in mind.
