Do not buy from mazdamaniac
I bought a cobb accessport from mazdamaniac because they do the custom calibration and I recieved confirmation they received my datalog over two months ago they refuse to answer any of my e mails i havent received anything from them since they took my money there site claims to have the update within 10 business days but obviously thats B.S.

when you sent your email (calibration) did you get a received message back?
If not then you probably sent bad logs and/or did not do the 11 deadly questions.
Also this is the wrong section for this thread (Should be Good Guy/ BAd Guy Section).

maybe better suited in good/bad guy thread....
...have you tried a different e-mail address to see if you get a response???
Hope you get this taken care of. Customer Service should be priority for any company.

I don't have ANY calibration requests that are two months old.
There are a couple stragglers from November 30th that I need to get back to, but they are in today's queue (neither of which were new submissions - they are people going on v4.0.2 or higher).
Other than those two, nothing on my plate is more than a month old.
Don't forget the 24th - 4th was vay-kay.
Furthermore, no one took your money for calibrations - they are free.
Its the AccessPORT itself that you paid for and you paid the same price for which it sells anywhere else.
So, not too be too petty here, but you can take the device to some other tuner and have them calibrate it for you if you are not satisfied with my CS.
Otherwise, re-read the instructions and make sure you are in compliance.
Thanks!

...took just over 30mins to get a response. Subatomparticle, did you send him an e-mail over telekenetic waves that were just too subsonic for MazdaManic to recieve?
That was the answer I was expecting too. Nice Avatar MM.

BTW - Just because I don't have "subatomicparticle" in the database doesn't mean you are doing something wrong.
I'm human too and my database is compiled by hand.
However, past experience has shown that unresponsiveness is usually the result of something being done incorrectly in your submission - usually starting with using an e-mail service that SPAM-filters my responses.
Hund filters my e-mail and rejects blatantly wrong stuff in advance, but a bad submission (missing data, wrong logged info, no serial number, no calibration file, etc.) occasionally will get a "received" and passed along to me, at which point I'll review it when I get to that point in the queue and have to reject it.

i sent a bad log and recieved an e mail saying i had bad data on it so i didi another one with the right data and recieved a confirmation that it was o.k that was nov. 23 i recieved the confirmation. and have sent 4 emails to different addresses at mazdamaniac and no replies. and your right i didn't pay for your service but that was the reason i bought it from you. and my rx8club name is not on there because i am never on this site unless i have a reason to be and i fail to see how that is important.

4 different e-mail addresses? ap @ mazdamaniac . com is the ONLY address you should use.
Anything sent anywhere else will be ignored.
Obviously its important because I still don't know who the hell you are! lol

You were sent a notification of your v4.0.1 calibration on December 16th at 4:09 pm.
Your updated calibration is in THIS folder.
Calibrations are always in the same place for each user (based on the name provided in question #1 of the "11 Deadly Questions").
Check your SPAM filter settings.

Great communication guys, but let this be a lesson to the OP and other customers to use a bit more polite diplomatic restraint in their thread titles and communication. Asking a question rather than making an accusation will help avoid massaging your tonsils with your toes.

^........next you will want Jeff as a mod and then anarchy will reign for sure!
I think what TEAM said was good! Make sure you have all your ducks in a row before you start accusing in such a public way.
