Good Guy: BHR

Great customer service once again from BHR.

I ordered some brake pads and they quickly let me know that they would take about a week to ship out due to inventory. I was offered a refund or choosing to wait.

I asked if they had anything similar that could ship out sooner just before leaving for class. Unfortunately, on my way to class I got rear ended so I now have bigger things to deal with than brakes at the moment. Charles got back to me letting me know of something in stock and I told him briefly what happened and I received a full refund within a few minutes.

I know it's nothing huge, but definitely helps out. I'll definitely be ordering from them once I get this all sorted out.

Thanks for you understanding BHR!

Talking Good Guys: BHR Team

I wanted to take a quick moment to formally thank the BHR guys for all of their help this past weekend with the 2010 SoCal Dyno Tuning Event.

Every person on the BHR Team was instrumental in the planning process of this event from the very beginning. This year's event was almost 4 months in the making while we bounced ideas back and forth, strategized on how to make this event even more successful then in the past, and then of course executing on our vision this past weekend.

Charles R Hill: Thank you for covering the majority of the expense for the Dyno Day T-shirts, for talking Tech stuff with everyone this weekend, and for paying for everyone's lunch on Sunday. Those party subs, sides, and soda were a HUGE hit.

Flashwing: Our resident Tech-guru, thanks for the help with coordinating everything with stickam, for trouble shooting network issues this weekend, and for coordinating the additional webcams.
Also, Todd was a huge help in completing a few customer installs during the weekend. I know Laythor was loving those blue Samco coolant lines you installed.

Easy_E1: Thanks for all of the help in getting the T-shirt design made, I know those were a HUGE hit amongst everyone this weekend.
Also, Erick was the man behind the compression testing and the seafoam treatments being performed all weekend. I tease Erick a lot on here but this guy knows his stuff and works his *** off.
Thanks again for making me that custom piano black AEM intake!

The BHR Team made this event bigger than I could have ever imagined. It wasn't just a dyno day. It was a compression checking, parts installing, car fixing, webcasting, food grubbing, trash talking, shenanigans field day. There was so much going, only BHR could throw it down like this. Can't wait till next time!

Thank You, Ray!
Thank You, Todd!
Thank You, Erick!

Just wanted to say thanks to BHR for another great purchase experience. I received the pump promptly and the item and installation looked perfect. The install went well and I am a happy camper

Thumbs up Good Guy: Charles at BHR

Charles was very helpful when ordering my ignition. Always emailed me back and answered all my questions. I can't think of many companies that are as responsive as BHR.

They have a great team and great products.

Keep up the good work! I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade there RX8.

The video streaming was fun as hell as well, for the unlucky folks around the globe.
You really had a good time there! Too bad we'll never get those super cool tshirts

Can you dyno my bycicle at the next event?

The BHR group (except for Ray) did a great job and assisted Jedi with an excellent event. I'll be waiting for next year.

+1 for BHR coming through as always.

Fuel pump upgrade was relatively painless. Despite my ineptitude and breaking the pump resulting in my not being able to return a working core, Charles was more than helpful in guiding me through swapping the broken piece with my existing pump and beyond understanding in the matter.

BHR redefines customer service. Every single time.

I will jump on the band wagon with the BHR customer service.
Those dudes (Ray, Jeff, and Eric) help me out all the time.

Reading these testimonials has sealed the deal, I'm buying the fuel pump now.
