Jeez, last time I was in here there was one sticky. Now there are about 12 stickys. This section is looking like an adult store with all the sticky stuff in here.
I would like to say thanks to Ray for the assistance with installing my turbo kit at no cost, always on the other end of the phone when I need help with something, hanging out with my wife (still haven't gotten to the bottom of that) while I was at work when he was staying with my during Jason's engine rebuild, thanks for all the help with my coil kit, thanks for the excellent hospitality during my stay in AZ, thanks for all the other things you have done for me in the past and the things to come in the future.
Thanks to Jeff for the reachout when I needed help with my tune after my free six months, thanks for helping me with questions in regard to my detonation and thanks for the great time I had in AZ with the entire BHR team.
Thanks to Eric (Easy E1) to the know how and the rotary knowledge he passed on to me while in AZ.
And Michelle, if you read this, thank you for the home cooked meals during my stay and the morning coffee that was always on tap.

I just want to add to this thread.
I had the experience of a lifetime going to Vegas and partying (and riding shot gun hungover as hell) with these guys. We tend to form relationships on the site and I have dealt with each of the BHR crew in one way or another over the years and I had a really good opinion of all of them but........
After meeting each of them (except Flashwing! next year brother!) I must say that Eric, Ray, and Jeff are just all around great guys and I think in a lot of ways their personalities may get misinterpreted on the forums. These guys are well, just good guys. I made some new friends and I can personally state that these guys are the real deal and I cannot see any of them personally doing you wrong.
I look forward to supporting BHR in any way I can.

Awesome buying experience with BHR. Will definitely be buying more things from them in the near future, thank you! Now you need to show Mazmart how it's supposed to be done :|

Great experience all the way through. I had to replace my fuel pump as it went out and received it 2 days after it was ordered. Followed Jeff's thread on fuel pump solution and got it all repaired in about an hour. most of the time spent beating the retainer ring with a hammer.
I will do business again. hopefully the ignition system and mid-pipe one day. thanks BHR!

The quick shipment is more a credit to our wholesaler than to BHR, and they could have done a little better actually (like having BOTH those belts in-stock, perhaps? LOL).

This is quite comforting to hear, especially coming into the lasy holiday for 2010. I have a couple shipments that are giving me absolute fits and headaches trying to locate them. I am glad you received yours smoothly and within an acceptable timeframe.

Just figured that the guys deserve my 2 cents as well. Bought an AEM intake, changed my mind because it wasn't compatible with my setup, and get a refund check the next week. Also, when I needed a personalized setup for my Greddy couplers Charles looked up all the diameter sizes (the real ones, not what greddy says they are) and put a kit together for me. But perhaps their best attribute goes beyond customer service. Charles will often go in great depth with discussing upgrade options, technical and scientific formulas, how things work, and the general woe of being a Lions or Cardinals fan, by PM or phone.
Great guys, every interaction makes me want to come out to arizona for a trip

Just wanted to say thanks as well. I ordered a set of spark plug wires and they shipped almost right away. I had them within a couple of days. They were nothing fancy, I just wanted to replace the oem ones. The nice thing is they also came in marked, so I knew which wire went were.

We met a little logistic problem with shipping to France with Charles from BHR for a midpipe, but he's doing well to find a solution and the support is great and fast, good job, wish i'll be able soon to test that product and show you a little trailer when it will be under my 8.
