I too have had awesome experience on 2 occasions. clutch kit was here next day (usually 2-3 coming from where he is) and the oil pan was drop shipped directly to me from greddy. the second time was turbo parts what was not in stock was also drop shipped directly from the maufacture. also is awesome to deal with on the phone and will look into parts you want even if it is not listed

After the price and quick shipping that I got on my AP full exhaust from Adam and THMotorsports, I cant imagine buying from anyone else. I will always call there first!

I call Adam at THMotorsport today to buy the Stance GR+ Coilovers and too ask him a bunch of question about installation and alignment.
I had a great buying experience, he answered all my questions, "I had a lot" and he price mach the Progress Technology Front and Rear Anti-Roll Bars I wanted on another site.
He even talk me into the same Whiteline End Links that he has on his RX8.

I will add that I had a bad experience with THMotorsports about a year ago. I'm not saying they are a ":bad guy" but i was less than pleased with the experience.
Ordered a somewhat obscure item form them that was listed as "in stock" from their website. Now if you know how this business works, depending on the company, lots of parts suppliers coordinate from different warehouses and "in stock" really usually means "our supplier says its in stock at their place" In any case, they didnt communicate that it was NOT actually in stock, and i had to call them up a few weeks later asking where the part was. They told me 1-2 weeks. I ended up having to call a few suppliers myself to find out that it was backordered from the factory. And they didnt go out of their way to find that out and let me know, i had to call multiple times. The FIRST time, they should have told me "the part is backordered from the factory, we don't have a clear idea when it will be available, would you like your money refunded for the time being?" rather than saying "you will have it in 1-2 weeks" three times.
They have good prices and seem to have good communication when everything is fine and dandy. But the mark of good service, to me, is the way things are handled when there is a problem.

+1 amazing experience with my buy...had a lot of questions and Adam answered them all...super fast shipping and well packed items...There should be more stores and people like this in the world to make it a better place to live...

I don't think you dealt with me directly on this, but I apologize for your bad experience with my company. Although we do stock a lot of inventory none of us can stock everything and we rely on the manufacturers and distributors for certain items, this "obscure item" I am not sure what it is.
Yes, in many cases we do coordinate very well electronically with these suppliers...but unfortunately nothing is perfect, and I'm sorry if you did have a bad experience, weather it was our fault directly or not....no excuse.
When you called us, I am certain that we told you what we were being told. In most cases we do refund the customers back right away, and at least email them to let them know their options, if something is clearly unattainable....thats our standard. Again not sure why your order slipped through the cracks, but we always will try to improve our selves and do better for the future.
Please call me or PM me next time if its an odd item so that i can make sure that we wont have any problems.
Again sorry for your bad experience, but as you can see in this thread, our online reviews, and the many happy RX8club members, we really do try hard to make as many people happy as we humanly can...but I am sure that any company will have their share of customers with a bad experience.
If there is anything I can do to make up for this let me know and I will do anything in my power to do so.

Well I ordered this over the phone Friday afternoon around 3:30pm, very smooth process and very nice guy. I sent Adam a pm today inquiring about my tracking number seeing it had been a few days excluding the weekend.
I received a very prompt response while at work, checked the status expecting to see the typical "biller has notified FEDEX of pickup" message.
Wrong. I saw "delivered". Unbelievable, nice to see a company that understands the value in the quality AND speed of service. Thanks again Adam!

Definitely agree. Not only did they have the best price I could find on KWs, but shipping was free. Got a prompt call about a billing issue (on my end, not theirs), and had the parts in less than a week.
