BHR saves the day yet again. i was doing a simple install and i was one bolt away from finishing. well the bolt was like, F!@# YOU J03 and broke. so now cuz of that the easy install turned into a nightmare.

now im leaking coolant everwhere and i didnt even get to test out my new goodies. so i take it to get fix but everywhere i go everyone wants to pull my engine(yes it was that bad)and im not down with a complete engine pull for one broken bolt.

so while this is going on, BHR was aware of my situation and do the greatest thing possible. they felt bad about what had happened to me cuz my noob *** screwed up the easiest install ever and turned it into a catastrophe.

they came all the way from arizona to cali to work on my car. they called and told me they be there and they'd fix the problem. they came through just like they said, no BS or run around like everyone else. came the day they said, did what they where there to do and in a very short amount of time.

thank you so much for coming through for me BHR! you guys always come through with what you say and i have nothing but good things to say about you. you guys ROCK and keep doing what your doing cuz you guys are super good guys.

just got the news that my car is up and runnig!!! BHR for the WIN!!!

 

All in a days work. Thanks Joe and next time be careful. I must say that pulling the engine would not have made the job easier. As it was we pulled the front cover to access the broken bolt and pulled it out. Just got it all back together and she is running fine. Just wanted to say thanks to Joe and his uncle for the hospitality. And the great BBQ last night. You guys rock.
