Great Guy: rq1RX8
Just received a set of stock wheels and tires from rq1RX8. My first experience buying anything from anyone on the forum, so I was a little nervous. He was GREAT to deal with and provided me with constant status on the shipping, and the wheels and tires were exactly as described.
Rocky - You ROCK
Lesson learned about shipping wheels that neither of us thought of...
Wrap the wheels in something soft, like a towel or something. We thought that putting cardboard in between the wheels when shipping 2 in the same box would help protect them. It did - from major dings - but the friction between the cardboard and the wheel surface wore off the clear coat in places... you can see an etching of cardboard stripes on the spokes Anyone know of an easy fix, or do I just go get them refinished?
