I purchased a car registration to go to the Knoxville Tennessee Hot Import Nights/ Rivalry Nights Event. I paid $52.50 and the company cancelled the event the day before it was. The event was scheduled on October 2nd. I purchased my ticket in September, but I was CHARGED on October 1st which was the day they cancelled the event. I was emailed on October 1st stating I will get a refund, but even after Five emails I have still NOT RECIEVED a refund from them. I have called them numerous times and have not even recieved a response from them.

Hope this helps from other people buying tickets to this event. If this has happened to you or if you have recieved your refund let me know!

 

how did you pay for it? can't you charge back or something?

 

I would assume this section is for good/bad members of rx8club, if not i'll start a badguy thread about my neighbor.

 

People complain about dealerships here too. I think it's for good or bad people/businesses that RX-8 owners could possibly interact with.

this is not the first time they have done this, they did this recently in Jax.

 

if he was charged a month later, I assume it's safe to say he paid with debit/credit.

Call your credit card company (regardless if it's debit or credit) and see about reversing the charge.

 

I have called my bank and filled out paperwork, they are still trying to get it to work but they ran it as a POS debit which if it doesnt work I will be responsible for all of it but $2.50 which is bullshit.

 

That sucks... hope you get everything worked out and HIN sucks anyways...

 

I bought the Jax one, ended up doing a chargeback with my CC... They wouldn't return phone calls or emails... Oh well. I got my $ back after a month & 1/2...
