MazdaManiac: the forgotten worlds

At this time everybody in usa has received the fabulous MazdaManiac Greddy upgrade kit, even if it's too late.

One month later, in France i still haven't got mine. And the only communication i can have is with Charles from the BHR ( thanks Charles!), while our friend Jeff is still holding me in contempt after 2 years.

Now, there is a serious doubt that Jeff has shipped the 2 kits remaining for Europe, since me in France and Luxluc in Luxemburg, haven't got the slightest new about where this kit is, but perhaps still in the far end of his garage.

So Jeff, would mind send me the tracking number of the parcels if have sent it to us.

I still have my car and would like to upgrade it.

I have to say that MM service in below ZERO.

Having received 2000+$ from me and not replying to any mail shows very poor professionalism.

In then meantime, I have gone for a custom turbo system based on a GReddy TD06 hybrid unit.

I have cancelled my order 1 year ago (as I don't want to wait 3 years for a turbo kit that has been paid immediately), and haven't heard anything since then, neither seen any cash flow.

I won't recommend MM to anyone around here, that's for sure.

Luc

well to be fair, he didnt contact anyone even the ones in the us. Be it his internet connections or incorrectly setup mail servers/whatever.

Wish you both luck on getting your stuff. This was a long *** wait.

The difference is that now i cannot believe no more in the story of our Jeff.

25 monthes after my order i thing that he has only delivered the kits to his american citizen that could bring an action against him.

He has taken care of forgetting his european customers who cannot represent a real menace.
Now i had lost all patience, not only after 2 years but also after 2 years of lack of communication.

"Jeff why don't you want to give Luxluc and me the tracking number of our parcel?
It's because you had not shipped our kits!"

Fortunatly for him, this guy doens't live in my country. You can trust me.

blah blah blah.
Be patient, it takes a long time for big oversea shipments of fragile parts.

I waited 8 weeks for most of my "big" purchases, especially when the customs step in and examine the packages.

They probably would be patient with some basic communication regarding the status. Try to explain that away ....

/\ He is way to busy making personal attacks on people who might make him look bad in front of his fans to bother with such frivolities .

It seems complicated to give tracking number to your customers, doesn't it Jeff?

It is the proof that you are scornful to your customer!

Really, i've never experienced such a bad business and such a bad communication, and i do advise everyone of this forum not to make business with Jeff/ MazdaManiac.

He is a thief, unless he can produce publicaly the proof of the contrary, in this case i will apologize to him

oh jeezus, here we go again.

Can't you just get off your *** and tell these people where they stand on the kit that was paid for long ago? Even if you already sent them and they are still working their way through custom these people still deserve a brief moment of your invaluable time letting them know about it. Business man fail to the extreme ...

If Jeff was professionnal, he wouldn't have taken the money before shipping, or at least not totally , and indeed lack of communication means lack of consideration for his customers.

even my chinese suppliers with the Xs Power products i sell in France don't take money unless shipping has started.

funny how some people react, if it was their money and that they would wait for more than 2 years, i bet they would have been even more brutal than Erx8 !

Another thing is interesting: how BHR can stay with a "global crook" in his team?

If i were a BHR member i could not stand to have a thief in my crew, simply because it is bad for the image of the company, unless if there are agree with Jeff methods.

Tsar: the only way to be more brutal is to buy a plane ticket and to kick the *** of this poor boy in front of everybody during a meeting for example!

On top of that i think i will be obliged to write everywhere it is possible that this guy is a thief.

Is it just me, or have there been a lot of new threads popping up lately complaining about MM/BHR?

Well with MM everyone is waiting to see if he is actually gonna fix this crap of his own creation and either give a refund (fat chance) or deliver these kits to his customers that prepaid over 2 years ago that live outside the US.

I know the shark is prowling.

But he doesn't know how to attack his prey. In reality he is terrified to be watched and showed up by so many people all over the world now.

So he likes better run away, like always...

His bad reputation is going to be global, if it continues...

ERX8 - you have no proof to call MM a thief - I have dealt with him for years, and he is no thief.

You may want to apologize, or reword that post.......

Or else.
