So it means that 2 kits are lost arriving in Europe.
It's an amazing coincidence, don't you think? Does someone can explain it?
We can ask Jeff the tracking number, because he has to explain how 2 parcels for 2 diferent customers can be lost, stolen, kept by the customs, delivered to the wrong place, or what you want.
This is what i call "bizarre bizarre"

First MM didnot contat the buyer with any information that he was planning to ship the kits and he never ask for addrees updated or a simple" im shipping ur kits finally where should i send them".
Second MM says he suppousdly ship 2 kits over 2 months ago only with only 1 of the 2 have some king of custum form that is been decleared received, but the 2nd kit is still in the limbo. Erx8 says he havent received nothing but the seller wont investigate and MM think his order is fullfill.
MM post that this has been his only flaw after thousand orders fullfil its a lie when others kits where delivered also a year late or more just like this 2 kits, and they have been multiple threads about late calibrations and bad costumer service overall.
i cannot perform any kind o bussines with a vendor that doesnt seem to understand how a bussines and costumer service is important and dont give a clear answer of whats going on. They are vendors in this forum that will give a arm and a leg to give to his costumer a good shopping experience, or others like MM that will let u janging in the rope until u loose it and then talk trash. FAIL

ban the person who spent $2200 for nothing and has next to no information on that nothing he is recieving.
do i want to pay to advertise on this forum in the future? hmmmm. sounds like it is a good move as a seller but not as a buyer. too bad my morals do not swing that way.
i'm still scratching my head over this one, it seems like the forum is protecting the vendor when the buyer has a right to be venting his frustruations. if the vendor cannot accept a little criticism he should not be selling anything. it's been over 2 years people(mods)... just let him get it off his chest until the package arrives(or doesn't).

Karack:
A) The forum moderators and administrators are very active behind the scenes, and there has been much done that is not posted here, even if for no other reason that it should not be made public due to the content (names, addresses, etc...). This thread is by no means the entire story. I would suspect that you, as a vendor on 7club (I believe?), you have had situations where the entire story is not made public.
B) The OP was not banned for trying to obtain a resolution, the OP was banned for violating forum rules. I do not know the terms of the ban, so it may even be temporary. The mods and admins do not ban someone on first offense (Excepting spam bots and people that joined with the sole intention to cause trouble), and hand out warnings, warnings which apparently the OP failed to heed. That banning has nothing to do with the content of this thread.
C) The forum is not protecting MM at all. Just eyeballing this thread shows that roughly half of the people responding to it are siding with the OP. Most people that are "taking a side" in either direction aren't doing it based on any facts of this particular situation. Some are basing it entirely on past history of their own grievances or their own happy dealings, others are basing it on bits and pieces of facts tossed about in the thread, heavily seasoned by perspective and attitude. Still others are just reading bits and pieces of the thread and jumping to their own conclusion. An admin verified that the package was tracked up to the point it left the country. MM has specifically asked the people bashing him to specifically detail what they want him to do to appease them, even though they aren't even involved. No one bashing MM is ACTUALLY providing that. What do you want him to do? Spell it out. I'm sure he is listening.
Edit:
My own personal view of MM is not something I am factoring in to my responses. I value the amount and level of information he has about this car, but detest the persona he maintains on the forum, and hate dealing with him here. In person he is far better, and actually pleasant in live chat. Do I do business with him? Yes. Am I "loyal"? No. If he is actually scamming the OP then he needs to be raked over the coals and given the boot from the community. But I don't believe he is, and he clearly believes he has done all he can to resolve the situation without handing over a refund that he doesn't believe is deserved. Anyone who has an idea of something he hasn't tried is more than welcome to suggest it to him. At some point, the OP is going to have to handle the items that can only be handled from that side of the ocean.

Everything that was asked of Jeff (MM) by the moderators in regards to this transaction was received from him. A moderator has even followed up on the transaction and found that the item was delivered. Yes in Europe! Jeff did has part. He shipped the product, got a tracking number, and it got to it's destination. If the person on the receiving end isn't the correct person to receive it, there's no way of knowing by us or Jeff for that matter. That's something that the buyer needs to personally ask the carrier since he does have the tracking number.
Regardless of anyone's personal opinions about the parties involved in this transaction, the mod community has done all it can and has received answers to all of our questions. The buyer was banned for taking his issues to over a dozen other threads elsewhere on the forum after being repeatedly told not to. It had nothing to do with defending Jeff or anyone else.

ERX8 was given a 3 Day Ban for violating RX8Club Rules.
He was looking up threads that MazdaManiac had posted in and making harassing posts.
The Mod Staff is in no way protecting anyone or taking sides in this. If MazdaManiac had violated the club rules, he would (and has in the past) been banned.
13. Multiple posts about the same thing across many forums are considered "spamming" the site and may result in the poster being banned.

question it all you want, it doesn't change the fact that the Mod Staff is being completely impartial here.
Have you forgotten that Jeff usually isn't exactly a fan favorite of the Mods / Admins? (obvious by the times he's been warned / banned himself)
and last but not least: the moderators here have NO OBLIGATION whatsoever to investigate these types of transactions, they're trying to do the OP a favor.
They're not here to hold people's hands and follow up on these transactions, that's not their job.

If it is not accurate, then wake up and start reading everything, and not just what you chose to.

" he moderators here have NO OBLIGATION whatsoever to investigate these types of transactions" MAYBE -- But If there was No following up, by forum Mod/Admin, this Site Would Get a **** Name for its Self.
Eg-- why would I have any dealings on a site, that there was No back up against getting Ripped Off.

If you choose not to believe their evidence in this case, but are still demanding it, then obviously you want them to manipulate the evidence until it's in a package that you like, without regard to the truth or not! And THAT is not evidence, that is witch-hunting with a grudge and no logic, common sense, or honesty.
And that makes you just as bad or worse than the people that you call down.
Edit:
I see posts are getting deleted. Feel free to delete this one as well if desired. No offense taken.

Just to remind everyone....
This person has received No communication and No tracking number from MM about his turbo...paid for 2 years ago.
Please don't come back with the Standard "no one knows what has been sent to a 'customer' reply".

I don't post much in this thread, as I think ERX made it quite clear. A fact is that Jeff did get my cash almost 3 years ago, THAT IS a fact.
If he sends out parts 3 years after an order, without even taking contact at all with the customer (not to speak about unanswered mails for more than 1.5 year), I must say that his customers don't interest him at all. That is very low professionalism for a vendor, no matter what his reputation is. My delivery address is still the same than 3 years ago, so I'm eager to see what's coming up....although I think it will only be faked.
MM is not taking his business serious, that is my personal opinion and nobody who posted/posts in this thread without being in the picture can convince me otherwise.
I feel bad about the business I made with MM, and would never have ordered at theirs if I would have known what I know now.
BIG FAIL for MM, that's a FACT.
