Misrepresentation of a item
Look at what a member jedigak1 sold me and see his explination of the item.
See how he never mentions the bottom of the headlight was cracked and broken.

Headlight (passenger side) was involved in the accident. It's the shell. Does not come with bulbs. It has a scrap across the lens. I wondered if it could be polished out. One plastic bracket was broke off. - $50 + shipping

Though you may be upset with this deal it would be best to resolve this with the seller. I hope this wasn't your first means of resolution because this post might not go over so good.

Here is the picture os the scratched headlight/ Yes I spoke to him about this item and how I could get my money back. He did not want to comply and said that I got what I paid for.

I think you did get what you payed for. It might be your fault for not spotting out the problem of the headlights with words like "accident" and such. If you looked closer you could have asked him for more pictures and explanations of why it is like that. Then again, he could have just told everyone the whole spiel.

Dont know why everyone is hating on this but he did get put through the ringer. Description didnt say or mention a huge hole...he said a small/tiny crack. The guy was obviously trying to hide this defect. Guess its what happens when you dont ask for better pictures.

Definately a little shady, but hey, Just feel lucky it did'nt happen on a bigger item. Always get complete pictures of any item you buy online unless it is from a reputable place.
My first purchase online many years ago was an $800.00 engine on ebay and had I not been in law enforcement at the time, I might have got screwed. I ended up tracking the kids father down (kid was using his dads paypal account) and eventually got all my money back.
